I waited until May 1st to contact them and was told it would be in the next 1 to 2 weeks. So I waited and waited and I finally contacted them again on June 6th and was told again 1 to 2 more weeks, and she assured me that it would get done before fall. . So I waited some more and finally contacted them again on July 10th and then again on July 11th..I left a voicemail on both those days asking them to please return my call and telling them that I urgently needed my chimney repaired.. They didn't return my call until July 26th and again said it would be within the next 1 to 2 weeks.. so once again I waited.. on August 24 they called me and left a voicemail sayin that they were getting close and they will get ahold of me when they have a date locked in..That was the last time I talked to them. I wanted to wait to write this review until I was sure that they were not going to contact me, and since it going to snow soon , I'm pretty sure that they have no intention of contacting me. So honestly I don't know if they would have done a good job or not, because unfortunately I spent 7 months waiting.. Thank God I had the good sense to hire someone else to fix my chimney in late august otherwise it would have probably fallen down by now.

This builder ignores what you say or conveniently forgets.The quality is…read moreterrible, we have siding put on that he had to let go because the sider was spending to much time at the bar, and the siding he put on is crooked and has jagged uneven cuts.The caulking looks terrible and has'nt been caulked properly. Asked to have the bad siding re-done, we were ignored. Forgot to put the front deck on the house. Forgot to have the canned lights in the front of the house. Put in a damaged bathtub in the master bathroom, has scrapes, chips in it. The water puddles up in the garage in different areas instead of draining to the garage door. we have unpainted spots that were missed by the painters, and lots of dents and holes in the walls from not being finished properly. damaged our new oven by putting a dent in the oven head. Took all the leftover rock from that was used for the septic system and window wells and spread it throughout the lot so we have to have it landscaped in order to put the lawn seed down. The cupboard doors on some of the cupboards are warped and wont close right, they stick out so far the adjusters won't work to make them even. heard a loud noise coming from the furnace, took the access cover off to find a shim bag stuck in the fan along with other debris. buried the drain tile in one of the window wells so that its filled with rock and wont drain properly. Missing stain on some of the woodwork. We have only been here 4 months so Im sure I will run into more issues. This builder is very hard to talk to and has a very immature temper, very hard to talk to. I have a folder full of picturesd of all these defects and have posted some at ripoff.com. I would advise that nobody use this builder.
