Be sure to get a bowl of that for your sushi also, especially if you like spicy. All the desserts we ordered were excellent. At the start, the chef asked us about preferences and when I mentioned that I like wasabi, he told me there would be none - and there was no need for any. The nigiri construction was simply art - lots of very subtle flavors that just made each one excellent. Most of the time, I had no idea what it was, even though I was watching him construct them. He suggested that I use my hands and eat them with the protein side on my tongue - incredible. We also had one with foie gras and one with black truffle - both were good, but frankly, just their normal fare did right by me.
