NO! For starters the only reason I decided to go to this place was because I trusted the ratings given on this site. I was craving good cheesy, home made dough pizza and got the complete opposite. I ordered a side of garlic bread which was really a french roll cut in half, buttered and popped in the oven for a crusty top, but tasteless to say the least. Their thin crust chorizo pizza was made in pre-made frozen crust, which was bland, I had to dip it in ranch dressing to give it some flavor. What I do not understand is how many good ratings this place has received considering the quality and flavor of their food. Service was decent, but the cashier/cooks working there all need to be a bit more diligent with their physical appearance in terms of cleanliness, their entire look is grody and disheveled, that only made me nervous of the things they might be doing when no one is looking:( read more

This is probably one if not the best family pizza spot in the area. Ppl go crazy over Barboni's in Alta Loma and that place doesn't come close to this. Will definitely be coming back. The only "complaint" I have is that they might want to add a bit extra cheese. That is definitely not enough for me to not come back and just order my pizza with extra cheese. Definitely a good spot. We had the avocado chorizo pizza. It was very delicious, we ordered a medium pizza and wings. The pizza was definitely the highlight.

So after waiting for almost an hour for a 14" pizza to go I Finally get it get home and it's not completely done!! Why couldn't you just says oops we misplaced your order it's going to be a bit. I know you saw I was getting impatient since you had already skipped my number for several orders that came in after me. This place is great. We came for dinner on a random Tuesday night and it did seem a little crowded, however we were able to get a big table. The food is good but the most impressive was the service. Especially the fellow in the Lakers hoodie who I believe was named Abel. He was very helpful, positive attitude, up tempo with FAST and friendly service. Nickelodeon pizza in Colton is one of my favorite pizza spots in the city. I take my team there after every game and take my family there for every occasion, but after today unfortunately I won't be going back :( my problem isn't with the food but with the service. I had an issue with my order and when spoke to Sheila the "manager", she blatantly disrespected me as a customer by being rude, showed no empathy, which I don't ask for but as a customer service rep she could have handled the situation a lot better. This isn't the first time with her either. If she doesn't like what she does, she doesn't have to ruin the customers experience. Other then her service the food is great. read more

Food is pretty good. Very hard to find tables inside. Always busy. Staff not too friendly, every time my family has been here. Quick service and tonight I see one guy cleaning tables and is working very hard! Bathrooms are never clean and no changing tables to change babies. They usually close earlier that what is posted . Ordered and paid thru DoorDash.. Nickelodeon refused to release the pizza to the driver saying they haven't been paid. Even when presented with proof of payment they refused to release the pizza.. I've been coming here for years, and the food is always pretty good. A little over priced tho. Yesterday I joined some friends for dinner and ordered a pizza and spaghetti dinner. The guy taking the order was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. When he rang me up he charged me 36 cents, $20.99 for my pizza, and $5.79 for my spaghetti. No one seemed to know why I was charged the 36 cents. Even adding the 36 cents my bill (tax included) was still more than it should have been and no one cared to rectify it. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and they were not busy. Everyone else was finished eating before we got our food. The garlic bread that came with the spaghetti was really small, especially compared to the size everyone else at the table got and I got two end pieces that were dry and hard as a rock. Very disappointed. Went with high hopes. Saw all the great reviews. Showed up at 6pm, ordered two pizzas both with the sourdough bread is in the rest. took a one hour to get our pizzas at that time my son had already fallen asleep who is 7 years old. Nickelodeon Pizza. The best pizza on the planet. I absolutely love this place. Gary is one of the greatest guys you'd ever want to know. He has always been active in the Colton community. Whether it be with Ken Hubbs Little League or Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball or any of the many organizations in Colton that he contributes to. His pizza restaurant is a Colton treasure. I'd never want to disrespect the man. BUT.... He unfortunately has a couple of managers running his restaurant that have absolutely no concept of customer service. Let's start with Sheila. If you know who I am referring to then you'll understand when I say that she makes you feel like you are bothering her every time you walk in the door. I've seen her do it to other customers and have even had conversations with some of the customers there. They've explained to me that that's why there order is to go. Because of her attitude. Now I'm sure she has her favorites, but those of us regular customers know what I am talking about. If you don't like your job. If you can't deliver even mediocre customer service then find another job. She has been at this great establishment for years. Maybe even a couple of decades. Yet nothing has changed. I know people that will not go into the pizza place when she is there. I myself have walked out a few times because she is there. Now there's the new part owner. The new general manager. The one who is pictured holding a lobster. Kerry. She is almost as bad as Sheila. My first dealings with her. The first time I talked to her I was sitting in the back room where all the team plaques are hung and we couldn't hear the tv. I tried to turn the volume up myself but couldn't figure out how so I walked to the front counter to ask for some assistance. I explained to her what I was trying to do and her response was to tell me to never touch her tv because I will break it. I said excuse me. Please don't talk to me like I am a child. She did raise the volume which is what I wanted in the first place but her comment was unnecessary. The second time I dealt with her was May 2019. I booked a party for my son. Invited family and friends. When I got there I was going to sit in the same section as before. Exactly where we have sat every other time I've had a party here but she said we couldn't sit back there. That we had to sit in the front where there were already two parties up there. Mind you there was nobody sitting in the back but we weren't allowed. I tried to explain that we always sit back there and asked why we couldn't. She said it was policy. So like that other woman who was kicked outside we weren't allowed to use the back tables because we booked parties but if we hadn't we could've sat there. Absolutely ridiculous. She wanted to argue the policy so I was arguing back. Explained that Gary never would've treated any of his customers like that. We had words. It wasn't pleasant for either one of us. But I allowed her her way and we sat in the front. I've been in there two or three times since. Tried to be pleasant and respectful but on Valentines Day 2020 the shit really hit the fan. I went in the restaurant with a few friends that have never had the best pizza on the planet before. Their opinion of great pizza was BJs pizza. Anyway. We went in and got the look of OMG more customers. Now I actually have to work by both Kerry and Sheila. THE MANAGERS. Kerry walked up to the register and said. What do you want. We ignored it and placed our order. One of the girls with me is a vegetarian so she ordered the Medicine Man. Of course a vegetarian pizza. When the pizza was done it had ham on it. Nobody ordered ham. Why? Because she is a vegetarian. She took the pizza back up to the counter and Kerry told her that I said to put ham on the VEGETARIAN pizza. She just wanted to argue with the girls then said. Okay. I'll remake it but I want you to know that he said to put ham on it. I was still at the table enjoying myself until the girls came back and told me what she said. I walked up to the counter and told Kerry I never said to put ham on a vegetarian pizza. She said oh yes you did. I said don't tell me what I said. She said you said to put ham on it. She just wanted to argue. I went back up there later when the remade pizza was done because Sheila was screaming my name over the intercom. At that point I tried to apologize (which I shouldn't have had to do) and Sheila jumped down my throat because I was causing trouble. Gary. You are right. The order mistake was corrected but those two ladies should not be arguing with customers about a mistake. If anyone had gone to you about the mistake you never would've argued like they did. Not good at all had the pepperoni and cashews pizza. The crust was thin, my choice and my son had the thin cheese pizza. It was very bland and tasteless it was like thin cardboard? I waited for someone to serve my drinks at the bar it took forever (we were the first customers) the girl said tell the guy over at the bar and when I did find him (owner) he told a girl prepping pizzas to get my drinks?
