Full of flavor, everything hit right, and I was like okay... this might be the spot. But then came the crust. As I kept chewing, the dough got noticeably hard and dry. Not sure if it was overcooked or just how they make it, but it completely threw off the experience. I'm the type that actually looks forward to eating the crust, but this one turned into a jaw workout real quick. So now I'm conflicted. Flavor-wise, they're doing their thing.
