I was in a bit of a rush and kind of panicking while trying to figure out if I had cash, and she was so calm and reassuring. She told me to take my time and check, which I really appreciated. We ended up having a small conversation, and she even mentioned that she has anxiety too and understands how it feels to be rushed in situations like that. That really stuck with me, her kindness and patience made a big difference in my visit. Honestly, I'd come back just because of her customer service alone. And of course, the pizza itself is always good! We usually order the huge one with the tiny slices that barely fits in the trunk lol.

Been going here since a lil girl so many parties and sports parties etc etc I'm 52 years old now I recently went there ordered a soda with no ice the lady owner gave me a soda that was 3/4 filled I said can I please have it filled she said no that's where the ice would have been I was like nooooo she's kidding right, umm no she was not ‍ then had a family salad I had a limit to my dressing I like a good amount of dressing but I had to pay for extra and I don't even want to get into my pick up order a week later. Absolutely blown away by this place! From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly fast and friendly -- The staff clearly knows what they're doing and they do it with a smile. The pizza was perfectly crisp on the outside with a chewy, flavorful crust. Toppings were fresh, generous, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about quality here. I also tried the garlic knots and they were some of the best I've ever had -- warm, buttery, and just the right amount of garlic. This is definitely going to be my new go-to spot. Made reservations for a party, they squeezed us in last minute, made arrangements to keep our freezer cake cold and help us with the menu (it was our first time here) I started ordering and the Manager went ahead and showed me a good deal and saved I some money, she also threw in some of the garlic cheese bread for us to taste and gave us a refill on our pitcher (we spilled it) we will be back for the wings again and ofcourse the pizza ! This place is horrible! Im a patient person but my goodness. I got a hot sandwich and my boyfriend got the rib meal and it took over 45 minutes to get are food. Id be able to deal with the wait if my dood wasnt freezing cold when i got it and my boyfriends food had missing items that we again had to wait 20 mins for. I will NEVER eat here again. All the tables were dirty the staff was less than helpful. The best part was the beer. No mess up there. Id stay away from here unless you plan to JUST get a pizza. So disappointed read more

A minute or two away from where I live, Nickelodean has awesome food that I enjoy very much. Most of the time, I just order in and get a thin crust mushroom and pepperoni on a thin crust, and it's very good! On other times, I also order in spaghetti with garlic bread from the lunch specials and that's also really good! Even when visiting family with their food, Nickelodean has excellent food my family enjoys to eat and we all appreciate how good it is. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Before being seated, I came in to check the wait time and spoke directly with the manager/owner lady. She told me there was no wait, so I let her know I would step out to my car to take my medication and come right back. I also made it clear to both her and our server that this was our first time dining here. From the start, the seating arrangement felt unnecessarily cramped. Although the restaurant was mostly empty, guests were grouped closely together instead of being spaced out. We were packed in so tightly that the person behind me kept brushing me with her hair, and it was impossible to have a private conversation because you could hear everything around you. The lighting was also very dim, making the menu difficult to read--even with glasses--and there were no photos to help. When ordering, I clearly explained my order multiple times to our server. I ordered the chicken parmigiana lunch special and asked to substitute the Mostaccioli pasta with marinara sauce for Fettuccine Alfredo noodles, stating I was willing to pay any upcharge. I repeated this request multiple times, and each time the server confirmed it was fine. At no point was there any mention of a restriction. However, when the dish arrived, it was made completely differently than what I ordered. The chicken was prepared with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara, and everything was baked together in one dish. This is not how chicken parmigiana is typically served. I was scoffed at for requesting a plate so I could properly cut my chicken. Presentation wise, the plate looks cute being served on top of the bed of noodles, but it's not conducive for eating when your chicken is sliding all over the noodles and the noodles are sliding out of a low level oval dish. I also never received the fettuccine Alfredo noodles back that I had ordered correctly. After I explained the issue and handed the incorrect Chicken "ALFREDO" Parmigiana dish back, the owner removed the plate--including the Alfredo noodles I had only taken a couple of bites from--and I was never given my noodles back. Service throughout the visit was very inconsistent. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it was difficult to get our server's attention. We had to ask other staff to locate her, drinks were not refilled (including my pregnant friend's), and overall we felt overlooked. When the dish was finally being remade, there was a significant delay. By the time anything was ready, my friend had already finished her entire meal while I was still sitting there without food. At that point, I had to ask for my order to simply be boxed to go, because the moment to sit and enjoy the meal together had already passed. To add to the frustration, I could clearly hear other nearby tables making modifications to their meals, and those requests were accommodated without issue. That made it even more confusing why my very simple request--one I was willing to pay extra for--was not handled the same way. It led me to deduce that shading was a factor. I was ultimately told the restaurant only allows one sauce per dish--either Alfredo or marinara--but this was never explained when I ordered. The bread and butter provided were also rock hard and not edible. I want to be clear that no one was outright rude. However, the overall experience left me feeling overlooked and not prioritized as a customer. I had originally planned to place an additional to-go order for my family, but after this experience, I chose not to. Because of how this was handled, I ended up leaving without being able to properly eat, despite having taken medication that required food. Having medication in my system without food ended up upsetting my stomach, which made the situation even worse. We personally prefer places like Alfredo's or Napoli's, even Olive Garden, where we can order and receive the food we're paying for prepared as requested. On a positive note, the restroom was clean and spacious. The Dr. Pepper was good too. The food itself... Mid. Honestly, Olive Garden does it better. Overall, I was excited to try this place, but between the cramped seating, lack of communication, inconsistent service, and rigid handling of a simple customization request, the experience fell short. I don't see myself returning...Which kinda felt like the manager lady's goal with the Shade factor she was giving off.
