The bagel had barely any cream cheese honestly it looked like almost none at all. I even politely mentioned it to the waitress because I thought maybe they had forgotten to add it. She spoke to the kitchen, and I clearly saw one of the chefs (a man with a beard) look over and say "that's enough cream cheese." There wasn't even a small container or extra on the side. What made the situation worse is that it seemed like the owner was sitting in the back on a computer and saw the interaction, but nothing was done to address it. The waitress simply came back and said, "that's just how it is." The potato salad was also very underwhelming and lacked flavor. After coming home from vacation, all I wanted was a simple, comforting bagel with cream cheese and salmon something Montreal is known for. Sadly, this experience did not deliver that. What you see advertised online is not what you get, and because of that, I unfortunately won't be returning to this location.
