I'm surprised the president of this company, Mr. Paul Corman, will allow these things to occur. I've visited and spent much money with Westside SunTravel before, but never had any unpleasant experiences. I've been dealing with them for a longtime but never had to dear with such unspeakable, selfish people Who had no common courtesy to their clients needs..we canceled all our Travel with them & ask for our copy of our passport and credit card back. This was at Eastside SunTrevor located at 1718 N. Zaragoza. My neighbor & I had an appointment with one of the agents at that place. On 31st of October at 10:AM to pay the Downpayment that we've been talking about for our trip. The problem was when we were conducting business at their office about a one hour later I needed to go to the restroom. So I asked them & They said their restroom is only for the Employees going as far to tell me to go to the next door to Popeyes or theother side insurance company's restroom. I couldn't believe what I was hearing... I even asked to see the manager & explained it to-her that I'm Elderly person my bladder is not dependable as it used to be therefore I need to go now.. but they wouldn't give it up still want me to go to next door... keep saying it's their policy. Most of us, when the time comes to go you have to go ... I couldn't believe what was happening. I have been with SunTravel before but never experienced anything like it.... The reason we went to the Eastside, we live close to buy it. It only takes five minutes to get there. So instead of driving way out to the west side since it's the same company we never expected anything like this... What upsets me was that they didn't have the simple common decency of allowing their clients who is elderly need to use a restroom. I don't think the president of this company Mr.Paul Corman, will never allow it something like this. Anyway, next morning on Friday the November 1st, at 9 AM I called Westside wanted to talk to Mr. Corman, but they told me he's not in so I asked for the manager and manager who's name is Ann, came on when I explained what happened she sounded like she's not surprised and she said it's their contract whatever that means... but I told her that I want Mr. Coleman to know what is going on out there and then she said that she will let him know. There is no response whatsoever from them. But I want people of El Paso to know that's how they conduct their business. The way I see it, if they don't want anybody to use their restroom, they shouldn't be having business in the public first place.

There are not enough words of praise for Wanda at Adventure Travel after our amazing trip to Italy!…read more She choreographed 10 people from 4 different locations with air, hotels, trains, guides, excursions, vans and many more of even the smallest of details for 9 cities/sites over 10 days. She made it possible to connect with old family friends in a tiny little town west of Milan, which was the biggest blessing of all. We saw art, architecture, ancient statues, works of Michaelangelo and more - all with the best guides you could imagine. Restaurants, handmade sandals, train connections without a hitch, Limoncello, shopping, and more special memories than we all thought was possible - because of her planning and prep. This was our first trip overseas and she prepared it so there was no fear of where to go or how to get there. Not just for a couple, but for 10 of us!! Thank you Wanda! We'll be back for other family trips as well as our personal ones!

My mother booked an Alaska cruise for her 50th anniversary, and planned to take 13 of us along with…read moreher and my dad. Royal Carribean was amazing, but would have been funner if my wife had been allowed to go. Wanda at Adventure Travel assured my mom and sisters that 27 weeks pregnant was the perfect time to cruise. Royal Carribean does not allow anyone on the ship if the will be 24 weeks pregnant at any point during the cruise and requires a doctors note, so Wanda's plan to "just lie" had no chance of succeeding. My wife was booked on a return flight that she had no chance of making during rush hour in Seattle (with a draw bridge on the route, and a college graduation apparently going on), so my six months pregnant wife spent the night in the airport, while her family sailed away( she insisted we not break the promise of a cruise to the children)! We will never use any travel agent again. Thank God we weren't in a foreign country! Come to find out, this was just the first of many lies we were told by the person we entrusted our safety and enjoyment to. Again, Royal Carribean was the experience of a lifetime, and was shocked that my wife was booked on a cruise, when we contacted them and gave them the details.

I flew in from Austin for my 7:30 AM appointment and had my new passport in hand by 10:30 AM and was off in time to make a 12pm flight back to Austin. We only received 50% of our deposit back even though there is no clear refund policy other than no deposits returned after February 2024, per the website. I called him to find out why we didn't receive our full deposit back and he said that it was policy per the website. I asked him to send me a screen shot of said policy and he refused. There is no such policy and he is just choosing what he wants to refund. This is not ok. I would not trust him with my business.
