ve been living El Paso since 1981 same place on Eastside. The reason I write this is after all these years living in this town I have never had such unpleasant experiences with the a locally owned business as I did at Westside Suntravel. I'm surprised the president of this company, Mr. Paul Corman, will allow these things to occur. I've visited and spent much money with Westside SunTravel before, but never had any unpleasant experiences. I've been dealing with them for a longtime but never had to dear with such unspeakable, selfish people Who had no common courtesy to their clients needs..we canceled all our Travel with them & ask for our copy of our passport and credit card back. This was at Eastside SunTrevor located at 1718 N. Zaragoza. My neighbor & I had an appointment with one of the agents at that place. On 31st of October at 10:AM to pay the Downpayment that we've been talking about for our trip. The problem was when we were conducting business at their office about a one hour later I needed to go to the restroom. So I asked them & They said their restroom is only for the Employees going as far to tell me to go to the next door to Popeyes or theother side insurance company's restroom. I couldn't believe what I was hearing... I even asked to see the manager & explained it to-her that I'm Elderly person my bladder is not dependable as it used to be therefore I need to go now.. but they wouldn't give it up still want me to go to next door... keep saying it's their policy. Most of us, when the time comes to go you have to go ... I couldn't believe what was happening. I have been with SunTravel before but never experienced anything like it.... The reason we went to the Eastside, we live close to buy it. It only takes five minutes to get there. So instead of driving way out to the west side since it's the same company we never expected anything like this... What upsets me was that they didn't have the simple common decency of allowing their clients who is elderly need to use a restroom. I don't think the president of this company Mr.Paul Corman, will never allow it something like this. Anyway, next morning on Friday the November 1st, at 9 AM I called Westside wanted to talk to Mr. Corman, but they told me he's not in so I asked for the manager and manager who's name is Ann, came on when I explained what happened she sounded like she's not surprised and she said it's their contract whatever that means... but I told her that I want Mr. Coleman to know what is going on out there and then she said that she will let him know. There is no response whatsoever from them. But I want people of El Paso to know that's how they conduct their business. The way I see it, if they don't want anybody to use their restroom, they shouldn't be having business in the public first place. read more

Maria at Sun Travel is a great resource if you are looking to plan a trip. She helped book our flights, hotel, and guided tour package to simplify everything. She even included an additional pre-night in our package to ensure we would not miss the start of our guided tour in case of airline issues. Breaking up costs into payments was never an issue, either. All documented and with emailed receipts. If you are looking to travel and want to plan ahead, give Maria a call. DO NOT book any travel with this agency. My family and I booked a trip last year with them and encountered nothing but problems. They booked a hotel almost an hour away from our vacation spot. We attempted to switch our hotels but received no assistance from them nor from the onsite agency that is partnered with them. We asked for assistance with the reimbursement from the first hotel and for assistance with getting the second hotel at the agency rate, but no help. This issue has gone for months now. It will be easier if you book travel on your own or trust another agency. If you do end up going with this agency make sure every single piece of communication is in writing, because they will twist things if you don't have any. read more
