I realize that not everyone is capable of cutting all hair textures (my daughter is bi-racial, with very curly hair), however the professional and ethical thing to do, is communicate that up front- not destroy a young woman's hair, and tell her to deal with it. I do not recommend this salon at all, based on the poor hair cutting skill, arrogance, and complete lack of empathy for a young lady in tears because half of her hair had been chopped off, which is not what she wanted. The website is easy to use and it's usually not a problem to find an appointment that works well with your schedule. Specifically, I'd recommend Tee -- he's been cutting my hair for 3+ years and has been a rockstar in that time -- always looking out for my best interest and he knows exactly what will work for each cut.
