This was my third visit, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently unacceptable each time. Despite the services clearly advertised and included in the app, employees continuously refuse to provide towels for customers to properly finish drying their vehicles. In addition, they repeatedly refuse to clean the carpets, claiming that carpet cleaning is not covered, even though the app explicitly states otherwise. As a paying customer using a service promoted by Toyota, I expect the business to honor the services included in the program instead of making excuses or denying benefits that customers are entitled to receive. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide the advertised services reflects very badly on both this location and the Tru Toyota Autocare Network. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately to ensure customers receive the services they are paying for and promised through the program.

Most people were out for the day and already got their car washed. I pulled up to what was to my surprise A KIOSK! It gave a menu of all services. I decided on an exterior wash. The menu event featured a monthly option for car washes. I met the attendant who was very nice and he sprayed the tires and rims to be cleaned. He did not use a broom like many of the other reviews state. This was a brushless night wash. I went through the car wash in neutral and the men who dried the car did a diligent job. I will give them a shot again.

Today as I went through the carwash, the brushes and blowers only did the front half of my car! When I came out of the end the man drying told me to go back around. I did. A lady came out from inside and pressure washed the rear of my car with water, no soap mind you and told me to go around and the man drying would dry my car. I said that she didnt use soap. She didn't speak english and called someone on the phone and handed it to me. The name was Jackie on caller id. She said she was the manager and she could not let my car go through. If the owner wanted, he would take my information and give me a refund. I refused. She said she was calling the cops and hung up. I stayed where I was. I informed the 6 cars behind me what had happened, asked if I was being unreasonable, they said they didn't think so. 4 cars left. The girl that didn't speak English gave me her phone to speak to the owner. He yelled and cursed at me. I asked who I was speaking to and to lower his voice and not curse again. He yelled and cursed again. I gave her back her phone and walked away from her. The police came heard our stories. They asked me to move my car and they would get me a refund. I moved my car, waited and the police came out and said that they spoke to the owner by phone and he refused to give me a refund. So I had half a car washed for my money from 596 Uniondale corp. Good luck if you decide to spend your money here.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results.
