This was my third visit, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently unacceptable each time. Despite the services clearly advertised and included in the app, employees continuously refuse to provide towels for customers to properly finish drying their vehicles. In addition, they repeatedly refuse to clean the carpets, claiming that carpet cleaning is not covered, even though the app explicitly states otherwise. As a paying customer using a service promoted by Toyota, I expect the business to honor the services included in the program instead of making excuses or denying benefits that customers are entitled to receive. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide the advertised services reflects very badly on both this location and the Tru Toyota Autocare Network. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately to ensure customers receive the services they are paying for and promised through the program.

Took the car home and basically had to spend my own time revacuuming the car after spending almost $50 on their platinum wash. Never going back. Couldn't pay me to go back. Beyond the lack of vacuuming, some of the cup holders were gross and the top of the center console (which is basically a huge thing that can't possibly be missed) was not even cleaned as when I cleaned it at home after the car wash a ton of dirt and grime came off.

I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

I've seen the workers sitting in the back for up to half an hour waiting for the boss to wake up and open the business AFTER business hours have started. The first time they were closed, I mentioned it to the owner, and he said it was because the machines broke down. At least leave a sign at the entrance that you're closed due to mechanical issues.
