I brought my new truck (2025 Toyota Tacoma) to Miami Car Wash with less than 1900 miles on it and the paint was scratched in multiple areas. This is very disappointing because when I brought it up to the person working behind the desk, they have no Damage or Incident report process and all they did was take 2 or 3 photos of the areas of the scratched. There is scratching all over the hood of the truck, a pillar and roof side. Decided to get my car washed here since it was between two stores I needed to go to on the same side of Hempstead Turnpike. It was included in the Auto Care network car wash plan that came with my new car purchase so I didn't pay too much attention to the pricing but did notice they had some specials for late night and early morning service. I told the attendant what I needed and he knew exactly what to do. I left my keys with the attendant and exchanged it for a receipt. I took the receipt inside to the cashier where I showed the code on my auto care app and then got a paid receipt which will be given to the last person cleaning the car. All of the cleaning happens while you are waiting in the climate controlled waiting room. There is viewing area to see the exterior get washed. Cameras are in place to view the vacuuming area and internal cleaning and hand drying area. Overall I was satisfied with the end result. I'd return in the future for another wash. read more

Avoid this place like it's infected with the plague!!! It's fall on Long Island so all those darn berry trees that are so prevalent and pretty throughout the year decide ,during our many wind storms, to dump those berries all over. That being said our little car was covered with these berries. Off to the car wash to get them cleaned off. We stopped off at this Miami car wash because they offered an $8 wash only We figured perfect let's get those things hosed off. We pull up and suddenly all the workers there starts swarming around the car looking at the berries touching them moving them around speaking to each other about them. Then a woman shows up who we assumed is a manager starts looking at it and then tells us to clean the car they're going to have to charge us extra So suddenly the charge from $8 is going to be $25. If I can give this place no stars I would. It is the absolute WORST car wash I've ever been to and I've been to many. There were water marks left on EVERY window and that has never happened at any other place I've been to. Check out the pics to see how they "vacuumed" and handed the car back to me. I usually get the South Beach service, includes interior and exterior plus rain wax. The result is pretty good but not great, depends on the time of day and who you get. I usually have to go over the windows and rear bumper with a towel afterward due to leftover dirt and streaks. I do find that service is better when the place isn't extremely busy. Expect to spend at least a half hour there. It's pricey but I bring a $3 off coupon clipped from the local paper which is allocated towards the tip. read more

If I knew a simple car wash would make me this angry I would have saved myself the trip. I've been taking my car here on a monthly basis for years and have always gotten the silver or gold wash. Yesterday, I decided on the platinum. I walked over to check on my car while the guys were finishing up and noticed streaks were still visible all over. The employee said the streaks do not come off. Unfortunately I did not have the extra time to argue at that moment. Once I arrived back home, I tested out a small section with just dish soap and a towel. The streaks wiped clean in just a few motions. I also discovered leaves still sitting under the windshield wipers. It was an overall lazy job on their end. I brought the car back within three hours of the original service. An employee tried to tell me the streaks were rust but I explained that it's the tree sap and it easily wiped off with some dish soap. An Asian man (possibly the owner) looked at my car and stated that I needed a full detail ($270+) and that it would take 4-5 hours. I asked if they could discount the detail since I had just received a wash the same day. After some back and forth, he said no. I asked for a refund instead. He was rude and condescending. He point blank asked if a discount or refund was really worth arguing over - seemingly insinuating that I could not afford their services. He said he didn't know why my car was so dirty and that there was nothing he could do about it. I guess a car wash isn't meant for dirty cars? This was not about the money, as I was willing to pay for the detail, but about their quality of service and treatment of their loyal customers. The pure arrogance and dismissive attitude was the last straw. I will no longer recommend this car wash to family and friends. It's obvious the owner does not care about their reputation. If you bring your car here, you're just getting a quick rinse. Stay home and use a hose or let your car sit out in the rain, it'll have the same effect. read more

I have a small car and they ripped out the bottom of the metal pan sheild when pulling in the car wash and didnt stop when he heard the crushing sound . They offered to glue it back on. You can not glue it and still have it work. I got an estimate for a new mirror. And the owner dismissed me and told me there must be a defect on mirror. I was on the phone as I pulled into the car wash and once the car wash was done, I got back into my car and noticed that my touch scream no longer worked. I tried to call my husband to let him know I was going back to car wash but the speaker for the bluetooth was not working, all i heard was crackling. I went back in to receptionist and she had someone look at it and verified that nothing was working. I gave her my name and number and was promised a call back in the morning. In the morning the touch screen was working but the speaker was still not working, I reset everything, and I had never had an issue with it before. I saw them use forced air into the vents and on the dash but not sure if thats the issue. I waited for a call but never received so i called twice before speaking to the owner Jim, who basically told me tough luck, he accepted no responsibility or assistance. Blamed me for the incident. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for about 3 years. They used to do a really good job cleaning the inside but after this past year idk what happened. One day my boyfriend overheard one employee tell another that customers tip horribly so that's why he barely cleans the insides. My boyfriend confronted the man and told him he is paying for a service and he is not a cheap tipper, so he expects a job well done. After today's experience we won't be returning anymore. We kept coming back hoping the last time we were there was just a bad day, but unfortunately, for the past year every time we take our cars there, the job is horribly done. I would avoid this place. My husbands truck was RUINED there this weekend. His bed cover completely demolished torn and ripped, his grill ruined/ broken to a point that a brand new one needs to be purchased and mirror completely broken off! This was our place to wash all family cars including my husbands truck and NEVER once in all the washes did anything break, rip, shred or tear off EVER! I can't even count the amount of times this truck has been there !! Understood they are not responsible for certain things like antennas and lost or stolen items, but this is BEYOND that! New owner openly admitted that they were at fault, apologized said they would pay due to the extensive damage and possibly the machines not set to truck VS car. Car went in fine as it always had this time came out jacked up!!!! No sooner than later he back peddled and offered a $200 gift card to the car wash for future use!!! I did not want to write this review but I am fed up... Let me start by saying I've been going here for years. Most of the car wash packages are okay and priced competitively. The car wash does a decent job and the workers are fast and efficient. Especially if you tip them, they will make sure your car is dry at the end... however this is not why I am giving one star. I decided to get my car detailed by them because I trusted them with my new car for some stupid reason. My car had some water spots on it that I wanted removed and I wanted a nice interior cleaning as well as a good wax and polish job on the exterior. I decided Miami would be the best bet as it would be a lot cheaper than the professionals over in minneola.. My car is less than a year old. The paint was beautiful. All they had to do was remove the water spots and give the car a nice shine!! Instead they created horrible swirls in the paint that make me embarrassed to drive my car anywhere!! The detailer used a machine for the whole car that produced swirls in the paint everywhere. I picked up the car when the sun was down and you cannot see the horrible swirls. I called them back when I Noticed the swirls as so did MANY others. I hear all the time "Mike who the hell washed your car?" "They ruined your paint". I brought the car back to Miami they saw the swirl marks and offered me another detail free.(thank god... much appreciated at the time). I was skeptical but I let them. Now this is where it gets even worse ... I get the phone call to pick my car up "it looks great" -he tells me. I get there and guess what. Not to my surprise still swirl marks under a nice shiny coat of polish and or wax. The detailer basically just cleaned the car and threw a lot of wax over the swirl marks !! I was completely over this whole pain in the ass experience. They ruined my new car experience. I just bought my first new car for myself and now I'm embarrassed to drive it anywhere in the sun! I don't know how management can return a car to a customer like this. Esp a redo second attempt!! And tell me it looks great! I have always enjoyed the quality of wash from this place. However, my last time there I suspected they were taking change out of my change tray while cleaning the inside of my car. So just today I cleaned out the money from my car and left only a few coins. Once they called me over to get back into my car I quickly glanced to see $.26 missing from the tray. Seriously? They wash the outside of the car, barely vacuum the carpets, spray down your windows with some abysmal streaky fluid, half wipe down your dashboard, then send you on your way forgetting to put on that shiny tire stuff we all love so much. Miami is different. I've been there all three times and all three times I've gotten consistently good results. They're prices are comparable to other car washes, but they actually clean your car. The exterior wash is what it is, that's gonna be the same wherever you go. Where they excel is the inside. The actually clean your carpets well, not just vacuum them. They actually put on the tire shine stuff. They actually make an effort to clean the dashboard well. They take their time wiping down your car and getting every nook and cranny. The only downside is that because they're actually trying to do a good job, it takes a little longer than your usual wash. If you have time, go to Miami and get the coconut wash. This car was is convenient for me & I get a discount because I go either really early or really late, so I'll definitely take the $3 off without a problem; however, the inside is never totally cleaned 100% & I always end up going home & bringing out the windex & paper towels to go over things myself. The outside & the tires always look good though so I definitely have to give them that!!
