Second time here. First time was decent. This time I sat in my car while people looked at me without helping to discover the signs and directions they had posted no longer applied. I was finally told I had to go around the other side. While waiting for someone to help, three cars went ahead in the line - so I had to wait. The woman shrugged her shoulders at me. Then...the same woman came out and had me follow her inside where she told me that I didn't pay. I said I did. She said that I didn't pay. I had to present her with my receipt. The guy I did pay came back and said he didn't close it out in the system - sorry. Whoever owns this place needs to clean house. I won't be going back. read more

Terrible. We paid for the most expensive wash, which should have included an interior cleaning. The mats were wet, th cup holders had not been cleaned, and nothing else had been wiped down. Save your money. read more

Honestly, save the money and go elsewhere. I would really just come here for the exterior wash and they truly provide poor service. I recently took both my mom and I's car and they both came out dirty. Their "towel dry" is just rubbing a damp, probably dirty towel on your wet car. There are streaks all over the windows so I had to reclean them. Oh and the birthday "free wash" ... make sure you read the fine print. You have to have bought 6 of their "top tier" washes before you become eligible for it. Even if you just want the cheap exterior wash only. And forget about trying to reason with the guy at the counter, super unhelpful. Just pay th extra $15 to go somewhere more legit. read more

I had to give a review for this car wash, since I saw many negative ones. I have been going here for a few years with a few different size cars and SUV's. I have never had an issue. My cars came out clean and and I was always happy with the service. Or else why would I keep going back. The Mobile gas station is right next door. If you fill up your gas tank there you get a discount at the car wash.I'm not sure what people expect from a car wash, but this one doesn't disappoint. Give them a try! read more

I had a poor experience at this car wash 2 weeks ago. I decided to "try again" today and I will never return.. Two weeks ago my car was very dirty, and needed a good exterior cleaning. I paid for the best wash and didn't examine the car closely when I left. So, I got home and later that day my partner said the car still looked dirty. Under the door handles and the back of the car had drip lines of noticeable dirt. The back glass and was very dirty and there were spots of dirt and drip lines down the back. So the next morning, I took the car back and nicely explained that there were spots still on the car and it was just washed yesterday. I spoke to the same lady and man that saw me the day before at the wash. The lady that receives the cars looked at the dirt spots and told me something dripped on my car and it was from a garage. Then the man from behind the register came out and he also was gaslighting me telling me that it was not from yesterday but that it was something from my garage. They were both examining the spots, rolling their eyes and telling me that it left perfectly clean yesreday. I continued to explain the car is not garaged and that nothing dripped on it from my ceiling. They did not care and would not offer to put it through the wash one more time to get it clean the way it should have been done the day before. So they told me I needed to have it detailed. So I left and had it hand washed somewhere else and paid $65. I now understand that my car was too dirty for a machine wash, and needed a hand wash. However, they could have been nicer, not gaslighted me by telling me something else dripped from my garage ceiling to my car causing all the dirty marks and offered to put it through once more. What would that have cost them? Instead arguing, gaslighting me etc. So, I decided to go back and have it washed again and to give it one more try. The same lady that receives the cars must have called for the man inside to come out. He was inside working at the register and came out to take my car. I do feel this was done as intimidation and to let me know I was not welcome back. He looked at me in a a very stern way and was rude, no smile just stone faced. After the first time you would think they would smile, be polite as I am coming back to the car wash. These people need to learn better customer service. I will let everyone know how they treated me on these occasions and to not waste their time there. read more

Dont fall for the 24 hour rain "protection " VIP...had a 30 dollar SUV car wash Tuesday midday. Later that night and all of Wednesday rained. When I drove by car wash Wed later in day when sun came out the place was closed. I showed up Thur morn for my exterior "rain"wash and manager stated.."you have to come in 24 hours". I explained I did come by but place was closed. He said "oh wel its now 48 hours". I explained my story but to no avail. If you go to this pretty pricey place make sure the weather outlook is sun for a few days. read more

Another bad review: Was coming to Bolla for quite come time until I noticed the quality in service started to decline - not sure if the equipment was getting old, new owners or the employees just stopped caring. First, I noticed at the start of the wash, where the guy or girl power wash some areas of your car; it was rushed, half of the car was kind of ignored. When my car came out, it was still dirty (dirt on the hood and bumpers), the workers did a quick dry, ignored the bird poop, dirt and cup holders. I asked to borrow a rag to wipe off the dirt and poop and noticed small soap spots were still on my car. I know what you're thinking, maybe this was a one time thing - nope - I decided to give Bolla a few more chances! Every single time - the same problems (dirt, poop, soap stains, cup holders ignored). During my last visit, I complained to the manager, showed him the dirt that was still on my car. I didn't even want a refund, just brought to his attention the awful cleaning job. To make matters worse, one of the workers broke my WeatherTech floor mat, instead of unhooking the mat from the car floor, he yanked it out, breaking the clip, then didn't tell me about it until I drove off. I only noticed it because the mat was moving around and wasn't clipping back into place. I'm done with this place, haven't returned since and will never return. I only leave negative reviews after a few visits. If some days are better than others, I won't leave anything, if it's always the same problem and nothing improves, that's when I leave the negative review - hopefully Bolla improves, unfortunately I don't see it happening since the negative reviews date back 5 years. read more

They have a sign that reads, "Exterior Car Was for $9 with $20 Gas Purchase." The price is actually $9.99. Very little soap was used and the service person was displeased with a $1 tip... total rip-off... never again. read more

This is the best car wash around if you are not getting your car detailed by hand. They are very efficient and do a great job. Just like any other service industry, when they get to know you, and if you let them know what you like and do not like, they adapt very well. Great service. read more

For $14.95 I guess it's slightly cheaper than other car washes but if you purchase gas you get $2 off. We had our family van washed which had a lot of dirt and bird poop etc. After the wash, it wasn't completely clean but they did a good job on the inside. read more

I'm sure they don't care about the 1 star review because it hardly effects them as they just jack up prices on everything else (excluding oil). If you enjoy sub-par service and complimentary damage to your car, this is the place for you. Not only do the employees not care they have complete disregard for your vehicle. Expect your car to come out half washed by a half assed staff. Also, you can count on significant scratches from the car wash brushes along with interior damage. I came for a quick cad wash Luckly my car was already kinda cleaned but , they did not vacuum at all I mean I still had dog bar in my back seat , and there was a sticky stain from my coffee still in my cup holder , they didn't even bother wiping it down .... Left my sunroof open and they said it was my fault for not closing it. Entire interior was soaked and full of suds including my infants car seat. Car is only two months old and now has a wet mildew smell. No apologies, no free wash, just a bunch of rude managers. read more

This car wash was amazing. I got the most basic package and they detailed my car. Cleaned all the inside of my windows, hand dryer my whole car. Also they're not pushy about tips. They have a box in front that you can tip if you wish. The staff was very thorough and friendly as well. read more

I had frequented Bolla for years prior to this but would never entrust them with my auto again. My auto windshield was damaged when a quarter fell from a hole in the pipe above and left a crack in the windshield . 3 employees looked on and laughed one was Arafat. He denied witnessing the damage even tho he laughed when it happened. He said he was talking to a friend and did not see it . The Boss aka Fat Rob denied the damage , the estimate to repair and was exceedingly bullish during my encounter with him. He is a total failure in customer service and a bullying liar. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in to get the vip car wash and they only Vacuumed the floor and did nothing else. I tried to talk to the manager to tell him my car wasn't really cleaned But he was VERY RUDE, wouldn't listen and kept interrupting me To tell me If I wanted it cleaned, I have to pay 180 Because the guy already spent 20 mins cleaning it and he can't spend more time on it... BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE. If i could give this car wash 0 stars I would . The car wash was fine, but their employees lost my weather tech mats. That's not even the worst of it. The woman employee admitted seeing them- because they didn't believe my word, and I figured they must have been placed in someone else's car. The owner agreed to give me mats, however this is where it gets to be ridiculous- they told me I had two small car mats, when i had a large and a small. He proceeded to call me a liar and refused to give me mats. The woman also said I only had two small mats. I have had this car three years, they see many cars a day- Im pretty sure i know my car. The nerve to call me a liar after they made a mistake! Then he stated he had a camera . I stated I was happy to go over the footage to see what I had, and then he wouldn't do it. They gave me crappy mats, and I had to go back with the POLICE to get mats that were somewhat equivalent to my $100 mats that THEY LOST. THEY WERE WRONG. Absolutely worst place to get car washed. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. Today it took over a half hour and there were only two cars in front of mine and the first one was already being worked on when I got there. Had only one middle aged woman doing all the vacuuming, washing mats and cleaning inside of the car. Other workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. Will never go back. Unless you have nothing else to do I would avoid this car wash completely. read more
