I really like that this dealership isn't one of those monstrosities that you can get lost into. I feel like when dealships do that they get lost in the size and appearance of the place and it just gets a bit overwhelming. Places like RDO forget that the man's hand you shake is more important then a big fancy dealership.

First they delayed the pick up for days because everyone there is an idiot, once he arrives to pick it up on about the 3rd agreed upon date, it still wasn't done. After arringing home to Kansas he realized they'd installed the incorrect PTO pump for the wet kit, even though he sent them exactly what was needed. They've been dodging calls and texts since. So far, it's needed an oil change because that hadn't been done since April, a newly installed fender has come off and broken air lines because they don't understand the concept of how to attach these, multiple lugs have come off, they installed the light/liscense plate holder piece on the back of the truck on upside down, a check engine light for water in the fuel on, which was "fixed" while he was still there is on, and now it's getting towed because the whole thing is dead. These people are complete scammers that sell junk equipment and I intend to review them everywhere I can.
