By law you have to discuss with the owner of the vehicle (ME) before you order any parts. They charged 9 hours of labor and had the unmitigated audacity to say, they could've charged for more labor. Also, their UNDER EXPERIENCED mechanic did a force regen and the actual def was leaking due to HIS NEGLIGENCE of not tightening up a bolt. Save yourself the irritation and go to the dealership. These people are liars, theives, and con artists. They will rob you with no gun. Response: You all are trying to cover your butts. My truck was NOT in derate. I drove it in.
