I was driving on I-40 when a Bruckner's vehicle nearly collided with mine as they rushed to merge ahead of me. Extremely dangerous driver, obviously no discipline at all and no care about driving a company vehicle. The license plate was BZB-5786. This occurred at roughly 912am on the 14th of April 2021. I highly doubt this business even cares about their reckless employees, given that this business isn't even claimed. I suggest simply going elsewhere if you want quality work done on your vehicle, lest you end up like the other guy.

I signed a purchase agreement for this amount that was itemized and showed a doc fee in the amount of $0. Not only did it take them a week to get an approval, when they sent over the paperwork it had a $495 doc fee, making the total $19,495. I asked them to remove the fee and honor the agreement that was made, and they refused. They stated that if I paid cash there would not be a doc fee, but because I was financing there would be a doc fee. This is illegal and cannot be done this way. I sent an email explaining my side, and asked that the original deal that is signed be honored, but have been ignored. Very shady group of guys, BUYER BEWARE!!!

They had to run diagnostic tests but before they could do that needed to replace old batteries. 2 batteries at $149.00 and 300.00 to $597 for diagnosis of engine and then they needed to take on a test drive which cost $290.00. But before they could do that the drivers seat belt was no good for $320 Theye'd put a new one it, but I told them just take the passenger one off and use it 220.00 to do that. Being truck needed fuel they had to fuel it which I was charged another $270.00 Total bill came to almost $2100. They told me that the batteries being old most likely was why the Transmision Inhibited light was on. I went to get truck the following Monday getting good rates on flight and bus tickets. I was really tired when I got into Amarillo. Plan was to take truck for a drive in the parking lot then go back into the lounge and rest for 2 hours then head home to Nampa ID. As I drove around a bit the Transmision Inhibited light came on. I was not happy, so I parked right back where I got it as I shifted in reverse the transmission light came on also so now, I have two lights on. Most shops I've delt with would run diagnostics for free being this was basically the same problem it came in with. But nope to diagnose it they charged me another $596.00 which came up with codes of needing a new shift selector which they quoted me over $4,000 So at this point they told me it can be driven just when the inhibited light comes on you will need to shut off engine then restart it. So instead of being nicle'd and dimed after spending 2 more nights in hotel which I found a way to get paid for by replacing some batteries in a truck that a guy would have had to wait for another day to be installed in his truck so it got me a really good meal and $140.00 in my pocket which bought me some clothes and paid for most my hotel stay. This why I have a mixed review of this shop. I was looking at another truck just 11 miles away a 2004 International 4400, I had it diagnosed and checked out to see if it was a good truck any ways it only cost me little over $600 but what they found was a crack in the front cover on the way over I could smell engine oil they said transmission was great engine was good. Only thing was front cover is cracked. $12,000 what they quoted to repair, So I offered $4,600 for it and I know I can do the replacement of a front cover myself. Any ways it was 3 days before they accepted my offer, and I won the bid on that 2005 International 4400 So I decided to buy that other one. Now to address the slap in my face after having the truck in the shop for a diagnosis for the same problem of reoccurrence I felt this shop did not warrantee any of the stuff that they claimed they did so if you need a Truck serviced or repaired my suggestion is take it out of that city.

I went in asking for a socket/wrench set and the guys in there got me to a couple sets to choose from AND gave me a recommendation and directions to go to Southern Tire Mart down the road. Can't thank the Flying J guys and the Tire Mart guys here enough. Good, honest guys at both places. If you're lucky to get a flat near there, you'll be alright. We got a replacement that probably wasn't the cheapest but not bad at all for how quickly they got to us and took care of us. That means a lot.
