Was told it would be 40 minutes and the person who called me had no idea where I was when I gave cross streets and directions from Nashville. I even sent a map, no follow up, no communication except through the auto text program saying it would be another 51 minutes then another 63 minutes. I can understand it taking some time to get me and my car off the highway but it should not be this long. I cancelled and called another company. Feels scammy, not worth the 300+ I sent to secure the tow. Will be expecting a refund.

The first place we ended up had sent in an estimate that instantly deemed the car totaled, and they were about to have it sent to salvage. I posted in a local FB group for help because I was certain the car should have been fixable, but in calling around I hadn't found anyone who was willing to try. Chuck Bobinger responded to me and became the savior of this situation! He walked me through everything I needed to do. They fixed and replaced just what was needed mechanically and aesthetically, for a reasonable cost that ended up less than the settlement. The car was restored beautifully, quite literally "like it never happened." (One advantage of this terribly late review is I can attest that the car has been golden ever since and makes regular road trips.) I had a situation where a third party valet double parked my car in a handicapped spot - I had lost the key and the owner had just given me one hour to get it moved before he called the police to ticket and impound it. I called expecting that they wouldn't be able to make it to me in time considering I had only had 45 minutes at that point. One of Rob's guys, Dustin, showed up at the perfect time and saved the day. AAA didn't call me to tell me a driver was on the way until 8 hours after my first request for a tow. I am so grateful I snapped a photo of the card I got from a month ago's service. Couldn't get the car until 9 am because it's just dispatch overnight. There is a $75 after hour access fee for Sunday or evening. Regular tows about $100 but police issued $375. Painful but the towing company were professionals.
