I was told the price would be $300 for 2 hours of work (minimum charge). I agreed and said I would pay cash. (Receipt attached). When the crew arrived, we successfully moved the 2 motorcycles. However, the safe needed to be emptied first, which would take 15-20 minutes, and it was physically blocked by the motorcycles, so it couldn't have been moved beforehand. As soon as I told the guys to wait a little, their manager began calling me nonstop from different numbers, insulting me, threatening me, and demanding more money, saying they couldn't wait. At that point, they had only been at my address for 20 minutes total (screenshot of the repeated calls attached). I reminded him that I had already agreed to pay for 2 hours of work. Instead of honoring the agreement, he continued to threaten me personally, saying he would come and "deal with me." In the end, I even offered to pay the workers right away so they would see I am an honest customer. But after taking my money, they simply drove away, refusing to move the safe. I was forced to hire other helpers to finish the job myself. Avoid this company at all costs. They are racketeers and scammers.

This auto shop is a RIPOFF!!! The first time I went there they tried to charge me double of what…read morethe Owner quoted me for the brake controller install. The second time I went there for an electrical diagnostic check & repair, they charged me upfront for 3-hours diagnostic fee (nearly $500); weather it took 15 or 30-min to find the problem. It did not take more than 1-hr to find the problem & begin repairs. When it came time to pay my bill, I figured they would take off the extra 2-hrs of diagnostic fee; however, the owner would not. Then they had added a $210 tow bill for a recovery in the middle of the their 3-day repair; of which, I had told the lady working the phone that I did not expect to have to pay any tow bill because this was in the middle of their repair. I had to inform the Owner I was going to the BBB & small claims court over his outrageous billing. Only then, did he remove the tow bill, but he still would not remove the 2-hrs of Bogus diagnostic fee. (Not even Ford, Chevy or Dodge charge 3-hrs upfront for a diagnostic fee; they charge 1-hr at a time.) Then when I got home, I looked up the same 3-parts they installed on my truck, I discovered that they had charged me more than 4-times the cost of the parts. On 1-part they charged more than 9-times it's cost! DO NOT GO to Beachaven Auto Care & Towing at 2198 Madison St. in Clarksville, TN, unless you want to get RIPPED OFF!!!
