I have been following Chris Phillips all over Nashville where ever he has worked for 15 years. I am glad he now has his own shop (and has for several years now). My truck broke down in location where I couldn't get it to Chris easily.So I had a chain shop replace my starter 1.75 years ago with a rebuilt part and now I am having to do it again. If I had gone to Chris the first time this wouldn't have happened. He helps me plan a bit telling me that with the mileage I have certain parts will likely be wearing out. Sergey is by far the most reliable, professional, informative and kind mechanic I've ever had!! Moving to nashville last year it was important for me to find a good mechanic since I own an old Jeep Wrangler. Sergey has been able to solve every issue I've had (and I've had a lot) quickly and expertly. He answers all questions I have and even helps me prevent problems before they occur, every time! I have brought my 2011 3 series in a handful of times for repairs to All Points and have been very please with each service. Sergey has been kind and more than fair with with advice and prices. He does good, honest work even taking the time to show me the part(s) and how they have broken down (he actually showed me the hole in my exhaust manifold this morning). Man, came in here looking to get 36000 mile service for my 2500HD without having to pay the dealer an arm and leg. These guys are great performed the service quickly, professionally. And as far as I know they are the only people around that use BG products. Honest, family run business. I live almost 25 minutes away and never mind driving through traffic to get my car serviced at All Points. They are always helpful and make sure they let you know any issues before deciding to do it themselves, then charging you later like most car shops do.
