She took her time, and we talked the WHOLE entire time. She made sure to ask if everything was ok several times during the process. Sabrina educated me on so many things about "regular" nail salons hence the reason why I will never go back to a regular salon. I couldn't get my nails done bc of a bad experience at another "regular" nail salon, but I will be back asap to get my nails and toes done there. Felicia, the owner also made sure I was ok during the appointment. She came in the room to make sure everything was going ok and asked if I needed a snack during the pedicure. Yes, if I'd been in town I could have gone back for a redo. But the point is, it was for vacation, so I couldn't go back. I should have called and asked for a refund. During the mani/pedi I also had to ask the very nice woman to repair some spots. Probably just learning, not her fault, but I won't be back and don't recommend.

I had a terrible nail experience with a couple salons a few weeks ago so was hesitant on getting my nails done again. But that's only because no one writes reviews on their experiences which can actually help everyone here. But they were able to fix my nails again and gave me exactly what I wanted. It was at a very fair and affordable price. I love my nails and will definitely be returning. Especially since I keep getting compliments on them. Next, he started to trim my cuticles roughly and cut into my skin. I screamed and told him I didn't want him to continue cutting. He didn't say sorry or show any remorse. The technician was very borrow and I even ended up getting a small manicure and she mentioned that it wouldn't hurt if I took care of my hangnails even if it wasn't professionally, which I thought was pretty cool.
