The place is clean & I did get a decent, basic pedicure. Staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. They were definitely being snarky about the design I asked for. Kinda bizarre being I was the only person in there on a Sunday afternoon. But it is close to my house so I will prob go back bc it's convenient; just don't expect too much as far as customer service. This is not my normal nail salon. Yesterday I broke four nails ended up ripping two more off and went in today just to remove the gel on the other nails and get them painted. I called and they let me know to come in right away. The lady was the most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with at a nail salon. She is questioning my gel from my previous place, is being very aggressive in doing my nails, all while yelling with the owner loudly back and forth. My pinky nail was already short, she is filing it my skin on top of it, she continues to do so aggressively until I pull my hand away and letting her know it hurt. I look down and my pinky is bleeding. She DOES NOT even apologize, but wipes the blood off with a piece of gauze and moves on. I tell her to finish filing the nail she is on and I don't want to continue the service. she says "but I already placed lotion gloves on you". I replied with I don't care I want to leave. She lets me know she still has to charge me. I say it's fine I just don't want to continue this service when you are being aggressive and made me bleed. She replied with "it's your fault your nail is short". she charged me $22 for the "lotion gloves". Very unprofessional I will not be returning neither will my family members that have been loyal to that salon. read more

7 18 2018 I went in thete for a wax lip and eyebrow. I asked the woman who was sawing down some woman's goofs if she would wash her hands with soap and water. She said ya ya ya walked to the sink and quickly rinsed with water and I said will you please use soap she said will you go somewhere else. I don't know about you but I would never go some place that thinks it's ok to touch a client's face after working on a clients feet or nails.Filthy ,disgusting and non caring shop. read more

When I walked in, the man behind there front desk told me that they had an appointment and couldn't do a pedicure and manicure. I was so disappointed because the last time I went there they had done such a great job with my manicure and pedicure. They do not have a sign up that says anything about it is by appointment only. read more

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT! I had an appointment for a pedicure. When I got there, I was taken right away and sat in the chair with hot water. Another customer came in and they worked on her right away. I waited for a bit but once the water got cold I asked why I wasn't taken. I had an appointment and was there before the other customer! They refused to answer me ! What's the point of having an appointment if you're not going to honor it??? I walked out and will never go back there again even if it were free! This place was complete trash for several reasons. I go in and ask for acrylics and I asked them if they could do a marble design. They confidently said they could. This guy Andy was the one who did my nails and he insisted that he could give me exactly what I asked for. I had acrylics on already, so he needed to replace them. I expected him to soak my nails in acetone and file off the acrylic, but he literally took an acrylic tip out of a container and used it to pry mine off, which took forever, and was really uncomfortable. When he finally got the new acrylics on, I asked him if he could shape my nails coffin style, which is free of charge at any other nail salon. This man really told me it would be an extra $10. Just to SHAPE them. When he finally started painting my nails, he told me that the nail polish was "too thick" and that he could only design HALF of my nail. He started doing the design and he literally painted a few stripes and asked me if I liked it. No I don't like it, that's not what I asked for, even remotely. And the whole time, the manager was hovering over him, mumbling to him in Chinese. At this point I was over it so I just asked him to paint it a solid color. All of this disappointment totaled $50. At another salon I go to, acrylics are $30 not $50. And on top of it, there was a paper taped to the wall stating that due to an increase in employee wages, prices are subject to increase. Pretty sure that's not legal but okay. Also, this process took 2 whole hours. If I could give this place 0 stars, I really would. read more

The reason for three stars is because there was two employees, perhaps the owner and his wife arguing which took away from the relaxation part. It was so bad that two customers left the spa . Since I moved away to college, one of my favorite things to do with my mom and my aunt whenever I'm home is to get manicures and pedicures (#familybonding). We've tried out a bunch of salons in the area, and this is the best by far. Everything is always clean and sanitized, the nail techs are sooo nice, you get a loyalty card (10th mani/pedi is free I believe), and the work is fantastic! I'm a license nail tech I know what to look for. I do my nails every 2 weeks. Gel Manicure and pedicure. By far Aegean Nails is the best in the area. Clean and the techs are always nice and happy. It's quiet they don't talk to each other like most salons and makes for an uncomfortable experience. The gel manicure I get is consistently good. Not bumpy and neat. I can't say enough. read more
