Wonder Nails is a place that I have been coming to for about 20 years! They are one of the best. Their technicians are friendly and do a great job! They are reasonably priced. I'm not someone who goes the traditional every 2 weeks. I go about every 2-3 months and my nails Do hold up! They don't charge an arm and a leg to do designs either. Came back at our scheduled time and they overbooked us with another person and took that person over us and then told us we had to wait another 20 minutes for our appointment. Wonder Nails is a good place to go if you're nearby. It's clean, fast, and they have a wide section of colors. They take their appointments on time and it's not a bad experience. But beware, the service they offer doesn't last very long. My boyfriend and I got manicures there, and we were treated well, but mine (which was a gel manicure) was very rushed. I had an appointment, and the store was not very busy. That rushed service lead to my cuticles hurting and my gel polish chipping and peelings after only 3 days. My nails didn't even last a week before most of them also started peeling, lifting, and chipping off. I'm really disappointed because I got them with the hopes that they'd last, but they couldn't even handle a week. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

Fast service but I've been coming here for 2 months. I want to give them more chance but I keep loosing nails. I mean they pop right off.

I went in today for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. First had the pedi done. The girl kept trying to upsell these very expensive spa services, fine, but when I say no the first time, don't push it. The pedi was nice until she applied the polish. She left streaks across my toenails and some polish on my skin and didn't clean it up. Also, no cuticle oil or lotion on my feet. The man who did my acrylics was ok, took his time and smoothed the nails nicely, but again, no cuticle oil or lotion for my hands. The polish job was good, so was the design he did on two fingers. They could have done much better. The pedi chairs also were not comfortable; they were hard. read more

This place is hit or miss ...usually a miss. Everything is rushed and it really shows when the work is done. Paying the extra money for the pedicures isn't worth it. I used to get the 40 Dollar pedicure which includes a longer massage. Totally not worth it. Every single time I got it, the person doing my feet would get up to get things and really take their time coming back. They should just ask someone to pass them the supplies they need instead of getting up and walking away. They always put a timer on to show you that you get a 20 minute massage, but every time that timer rang, my shoes were already back on. Between the getting up interruption and cleaning your feet to put your shoes on, you're not getting a 20 minute massage. it's not worth the money. Most of the time I get my hands done, my nails aren't even painted on the side from the rush. Don't bother getting a French design, they glob all the white on and then wipe it off with a brush to make the shape. You end up with a thick white line of paint instead of an even white line. Every time I come, I spend about 75 dollars. For that price, I realized I can get my nails and feet done with more care somewhere else. read more

This place is filthy. A few of the nail techs do a decent job. Others rush through the mani pedi and don't really do anything but paint your nails. In my last (and final) visit a client dropped a bottle of nail polish near the front door and no one from the shop cleaned it up. Customers were walking through glass and polish as they entered the salon. I told several of the employees of the situation and was ignored. Finally a customer cleaned it up the best she could. The women who dropped the polish left before she got her pedi and the employees were making fun of her after she left. "She broke my polish and then doesn't stay for her pedi!?!?" I'd give no stars if possible. Went in for a mani-pedi last night, not only was the whole thing rushed but the outcome was terrible. Annie did my pedicure, all was good until another client sat at her table and she rushed through the end of the pedicure and left me sitting in the pedicure chair to dry. The girl who sits next to Annie did my manicure extremely quickly while Annie did my pedicure. My nail and uneven and the polish looks like complete crap, wavey and clumpy. After sitting in the pedicure chair for a while drying Annie insisted my toes were dry. Surprise surprise when I got home my toe polish was destroyed. If you want a good manicure, I would NOT recommend this place. I got the dip powder which I always get at my regular place (Fancy Nails in Cornwall which is cheaper and they do a way better job), and it was very hastily done, and ended up looking really poorly done and splotchy which I've never experienced with powder before. My nails also felt bumpy, and not at all shiny or smooth like they usually turn out. I also went with my mom who got a gel manicure. Her nails turned out nice, but said the woman who was doing her nails kept trying to up sell her to more expensive services and kept pushing her to get powder, waxing or a massage for an extra price. read more

Went in 8/15/16 with my mother for several things: two gel pedicures (one was also a spa pedicure), a gel manicure, and a gel fill. According to the prices listed in the store and ones I got from other people who have been there several times, the gel pedicure should have been $25, the spa gel pedicure should have been $45, the gel fill should have been $25 and the gel manicure should have been $20. Add that up, our total services should have been $115 without tips. Somehow, we totalled $158 (without tips). And, the spa pedicure includes 20 WHOLE minutes of massaging. The woman my mother was with (Crystal, I believe) was constantly getting up and did not perform all the services included in the spa (like the hot rock rub). We have been there before and have had similar problems with the timing of the massage. We've decided not to go back and for that price, you shouldn't, either. read more

I was in the salon 4 days again. It's was $37 for a fill with 2 nails to fix and gel nail polish. Within 2 days my one nails broke and the rest the nail polish started to chip so I went back to the salon and Tony who did my nails fixed the broken nail and changed the color for free. Not even a day later a different one of my nails broke and then today another one of my nails broke. When I called wonder nails they said to come back in and get my nails fixed. When I explained this is now the 3 nails that have broken she said the only thing I can do is come back in. I will never be going there ever again. I've been going to this nail salon since middle school. They have become nothing but trash. I want my money back for the horrible nails the did on me. I will never be returning to this place again. I would honestly rather go some where else to have them fix my nails then go back to wonder nails and have them fixed for free. If I could I would give them zero stars. read more

i have went wonder nails at least 2 or 3 times , i am 16 years old and i am here to tell you the truth of wondernails , i actualy went there yeasterday , i got a regular basic manicure and pedicure , with my favorite color black for my pedicure and dark purple for my manicure, the guys that did my nails were both very sweet and kind , but that did not stop me from noticing the sponge the guy had used to scrub my feet into my dirty feet water and put it back like it was brand new and clean im sorry but thats discusting , on top of that they have uv lights now, to dry a regular manicure , i was not provided gloves , and my mom did not like that she had told me that that is veey dangerous for youre skin , i also had let my nails dry and they ended up chipping right a way i think $40 is a little over priced for the job they did read more

So being new to the area, and a mother of a newborn and two 12 yr olds, I definitely needed a little "ME" time. From the moment I walked through the door I didn't not feel good about this place. The young lady at the front quickly gestured me to the back to a young man who apparently was resting and was not too happy he had a customer. I sat down in their pedicure chair were I planed to sit back a sip my coffee. Maybe, 5 min into the pedicure another gentlemen was told to do my manicure while my pedicure was being done. Side note: if I was in a rush, this would have been great, or if they were busy but since it was only another young lady and my self I really didn't understand why this man was standing with a board across my lap trying to get a manicure properly done. So, while this gentleman was handling my pedicure I had to repeatedly tell him of the things I would like him to do and handle regarding my pedicure. The gentleman began screaming telling me he knows what he is doing and he will do it his way... It took the man who was handling my manicure to stop and take over my pedicure and to tell the other guy what he was doing wrong. Needless to say this was not a relaxing time. Honestly I can't stress my frustration about this enough. I went in one day and asked for a gel manicure. The lady seemed to understand that I just wanted gel, but used the nail drill on my bare nails. I got home and realized that I had a botched form of acrylics. I went back in for them to have them fixed, and the man was shocked at my nails' condition. I told him again, that I simply wanted gel. He told me he understood but again did exactly what the other lady did. My nails were painful to touch and I couldn't get the polish off on my own. I finally go in one more time to get them off and the lady herself struggled to remove them. She then asked me how old I was and if the drill was used on my nails. She then proceeds to tell me that I never got gel, and that I'm too young for the drill (I'm 16). Then she asks where I got them done, and as soon as I told her that I got them done here, she stopped talking to me. My nails are so thin and break off so easily. I 10/10 do NOT recommend this place. read more
