Our master carpet was soaking wet for 2 days and was still damp day 3, so now it's smells musty. Our area rugs, looked average at best and were not clean. I messaged the owner, only to receive no response. So now we have a moldy, musty smell and will have to use someone else to clean it again. I was also charged a different price the second time.
