I have purchased about 3 elf bar vapes from here and only recently had a problem…read more I always test the vape prior to leaving the shop to make sure it works because I know you can't return after it leaves the store. However, yesterday around 3:30pm I bought a new vape, tested it as I always do, and about 2 hours (maybe 30 hits) after buying it, the vape would smoke and hit as if I was actively smoking it, but it wasn't being used. Definitely a defective device. Fast forward to today, less than 24 hours later, they would not give me a replacement or refund. I even provided the video attached below for proof. I had this same issue with another vape shop and they replaced it without a problem. As I said, nice people, nice place. Just disappointed they couldn't help me out when there are a million competitors out there. I had to buy a new vape there today and I most likely will not be returning.

Doesn't matter if you're a newbie like, if you don't understand something or have a question, they make an effort to explain things to you and are overall real nice. Prices don't seem bad, can get a simple bong for $59.99. This place also manages to keep Raw cones in stock unlike the Kings of Vapor in Fairlawn. One cool thing that stands out to me here is they have food and beverage options similar to a gas station.

If you're not a 420 enthusiast.. don't worry ;) they have a nice selection of nicotine vapes too. This shop isn't like many of the others I've been to in the past. The shop has some really amazing glass pieces that are made my REAL artists. What's even better is they sometimes even have events with the glass artists to showcase their pieces. My favorite part about the shop? It's the owner's dog, Leia, who adds so much joy to my day whenever I see her.

The plaza is slightly hidden nearly in the back of a CVS off of Frank Road, I typically just go through CVS and around the back, but apparently there's an entrance from the street around the backside. Might I add, there are a solid variety of sandwich shops/dive bars as neighbors... Always have the necessary products in stock, unique products at that and a generous incentive program; Smokings never been this good. ;)
