You have one guy who thinks he's a mafia boss, another is a financial advisor who gossips about his clients net worth and gambles all his money in Vegas. So many of the group meet in each other's homes for party's, but you have to be part of the click. All are really cool if you buy a stick you can smoke. You dont have to smoke what you buy there. He came out to us our first time there after being recommended by their other store. He comes out and tell us we can't smoke other cigars there. We said really no signs anywhere. He says yeah you dont bring food into a Restaurant do you. We looked at each other and said well this is not a Restaurant. But after spending almost $100 bucks on sticks and was gonna buy a 10 cigar Herfador this Duche lost all of our business and our Friends. We go out 3 times a week and spend at least $100- $200 each. We will not be back. The other places are much more Hospitable and the staff are not ---holes.

Went back 2 weeks later nothing, they said they would order it again. I went in there today and some little sarcastic girl said they sold out, we weren't born yesterday. We wonder why small businesses don't survive, quit lying to customers. No integrity. I spend over 200 a week there, I will be taking business elsewhere, best thing they can do is close the doors and let a real business owner run it. People save yourself from liars and shop elsewhere.

I am not sure her name but she has been the only one there and she has argued with me and just not nice at all. I ended up going to the Ridgeville store where I have always been greeted with happiness and the lay there was very helpful in resolving a problem that the Elyria store would not even listen to me.
