Compared to the other shops I've been to, this one was fun and had cool decorations. There was unique patterned carpet and fun pops of color to make the actual location stand out. There was a little bar type area where you could go in and I think try different flavors? There were classy display cases that clearly displayed each piece and the price. Plus, the woman working was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient with a newbie like myself. I absolutely cannot recommend enough!

First, let me start out by saying I have shopped at Kings of vapor for years. I've had customer…read moreservice issues in the past, but they've always been resolved I'm a heavy vaper. I used to smoke two packs a day. Over the probably six years I have probably spent over 3000$ to $4000 at the different Kings a vapor stores. I have switched to pod devices and other salt Nic devices in the last few years. Recently, it was time for a new device, as it was becoming increasingly difficult to get pods and coils for the one I had. I purchased a Caliburn koko from this location recently. After about a week or two the device stopped seating the coils properly. More recently the device started auto firing nonstop, which would lead to flooding. I work 60 hours a week so today I finally had a chance to stop up because I left work early. The employee named Kota, informed me that I was out of "warranty" on the device by a Day. (This was day 31) I was informed that they would not replace the device. I knew it couldn't be done without manager approval so I asked him to reach out to a manager, which he did. I'm pretty sure the managers name is Derek, but the employee would not confirm at the end. Regardless, I asked the employee to throw the manager on speaker so I could tell him what was going on. He did and then informed the manager that "hey, I threw you on speaker so you can talk to him". To which the manager promptly replied, take me off speaker in an irritated tone. The manager gave kota several troubleshooting steps which I had already done multiple times and then we tried again in the store. The Autofire continued to happen and then he said that he is unwilling to replace the device. The device was only 30 or $40 and to be honest it's not about the money it's about the fact that I have had customer service issues in the past I have let it go. I have managed several different retail stores in the past. This managers unwillingness to even attempt to defuse a situation is a disgrace. Let alone the fact the employee, would not confirm the managers name at the end. I've always gone back to Kings because the employees have always been great, but it's always seemed like the managers have been difficult to say the least. Today is yet another example of terrible management and customer service that will lead to me taking my business elsewhere from now on. The disposable prices and 30 mill juice prices are a few dollars higher than the surrounding stores which I was always willing to overlook for convenience and loyalty. Well today I was shown that my loyalty with my dollar meant nothing so I will be taking my money somewhere else from now on. What a shame!

But after wasting my money on four different Orions that turned out to be trash in the first two hours, I switched to another recommendation from the employee. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience with that brand too. It seems like they have a very poor distributor and are cutting costs at the expense of quality. I'm not satisfied with their products, and I'm trashing their little key chain card.

I have purchased about 3 elf bar vapes from here and only recently had a problem…read more I always test the vape prior to leaving the shop to make sure it works because I know you can't return after it leaves the store. However, yesterday around 3:30pm I bought a new vape, tested it as I always do, and about 2 hours (maybe 30 hits) after buying it, the vape would smoke and hit as if I was actively smoking it, but it wasn't being used. Definitely a defective device. Fast forward to today, less than 24 hours later, they would not give me a replacement or refund. I even provided the video attached below for proof. I had this same issue with another vape shop and they replaced it without a problem. As I said, nice people, nice place. Just disappointed they couldn't help me out when there are a million competitors out there. I had to buy a new vape there today and I most likely will not be returning.

The shop has some really amazing glass pieces that are made my REAL artists. What's even better is they sometimes even have events with the glass artists to showcase their pieces. My favorite part about the shop? It's the owner's dog, Leia, who adds so much joy to my day whenever I see her.
