The staff are friendly and welcoming. The receptionist took all the needed information on the phone so she could check on my insurance coverage ahead of time. There is ample parking and the clinic is easy to find. Dr. Erickson's assistant is professional and put me right at ease (she had a sense of humor, too). Dr. Erickson was compassionate and thorough. He walked me through what he planned to do, his assessment and additional options and the possible out-of-pocket cost to me. He was upfront and honest that the work I needed to get done what not his area of expertise, but he could do it. However, he provided me with options to see an oral surgeon if I felt more comfortable doing that. I appreciated that. I highly recommend Dr. Erickson and his team.

The office is located in downtown Everett by the hospital in a old house. This helps makes for a more relaxing and welcoming feel to the office just with that fact alone. The staff is truly 100% caring and makes sure you have all of you questions answered. I appreciate the amount of time they took in explaining (and re explaining when needed) the procedure, questions on after care and general information. The office is flexible on scheduling to make sure you have the time for any recovery you may need and that the visits fit your schedule as the patient. The quality of the work with my surgery appears to be fantastic. Always something with Insurance with these people... it's like they have been screwed so many times that they assume everyone is going to leave them high and dry. We've had to cancel a few times... and they have a Policy that they say you sign at the beginning of treatment that if you cancel within within less than 2 business days they charge you 50$ or 75$. My husband mention that to the Dr. during a cleaning and he said "No, No, we don't do that." Same thing again my husband texted back to their auto text system to cancel, and no reply. Then I call within 24 hrs to make an appointment, and they say they are charging us $75 for a cancellation. And this is within 24 hrs of appointment. We won't be coming back. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I had to hold off on follow up appointments as my father died in December and wanted to make sure everything was already scheduled in regards to his services before making anymore appointments but I kept getting calls to come in so on a day I knew I was free to do a cleaning where I made follow up appointments on days I thought would work. I tried to call to reschedule an appointment I had as it ended up conflicting with organizing services for my father (as soon as I found out the day and time I called to reschedule) and was met with an unwillingness to move my appointment to a different day 'we understand things come up but we really like for you to keep your appointments' I explained that I had no control over the timing that the rest of my family had planned for and that they take precedence over having a filling done and that I need to move my appointment to a different time or day and just got the same 'we really prefer you keep your appointments' I ended up just telling them to cancel my appointments and I would find somewhere else to go. You would think after the run around I had to deal with when I was waiting for months to get a flipper that would fit correctly they would be a bit more lenient, especially with the circumstances, but unfortunately not.
