After doing a bunch of research, it took me awhile to get up the nerve to call for an appointment. The day came for my first appointment at Cedar View Dental with Dr. Jonnes, and as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt at ease. That day they took X-rays and Dr. Jonnes went over options and a plan for future care and appointments. Second appointment was for teeth cleaning and the hygienist was fantastic. Third and most recent appointment was the first big test - fillings. I was scared and nervous, but all that changed within a few minutes. I felt no discomfort whatsoever! In a few days I'll be going back for additional treatment and I'm good with that. In my opinion, Dr. Jonnes and his staff practice the highest standards of professionalism and caring. I made the right choice.

Since then, this might be my 3rd branch in Washington alone (I tend to move a lot...) and I'm glad I came here before I saw the reviews that probably would have scared me off. I originally looked up and booked an appointment here for my husband who refuses to go to a doctor or dentist when he's in pain and they were able to get him in and when I went inside to pay for his visit, they got me to book an appointment for a cleaning (Lord knows I was well overdue for one because I have the worst teeth issues since I was young). My husband has a female dentist at the time but I was scheduled with Dr. Jason Byun. Anyways, I've been here for maybe a little over a year now with my regular cleanings, deep cleanings, more major procedures and every time they have all been so kind and they really listen to you when you're describing the issues you have. And when you're someone like me with a history of problems... it's really nice of them to genuinely care for their patients. Today I went in for another cleaning and Leila was just very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions as to what is happening inside my mouth rather than the usual "make sure you brush your teeth and floss". I came to Doctor Lois Lee, DDS and the Meadowdale Clinic after being a patient for 6 months with another dentist in the Lynnwood / Meadowdale area who also had a 5 star rating. Even though both Doctor Lee and the other Dentist had been rated very high, the ratings were not truthful for my former dentist and I left his practice rather quickly after he had to redo two of his crowns and one of his fillings fell out of my mouth while eating. When he failed to address the fact that my teeth and mouth began to hurt I decided to look round for another dentist. After one cleaning appointment (where Doctor Lee removed glue under my gums left there by the first dentist), and then an appointment today (an appointment for repair of an old filling), I am convinced Doctor Lee deserves the highest ratings and a post to the ratings systems to let people know about her caring and high quality work. Most importantly, I told my wife about the choices in treatment Doctor Lee made about my care today, (which saved my insurance company and myself some money, and my wife approves of my choice in a dentist. I have been fortunate to be able to afford regular dental work all my life so I have over 60 years of experience with different dentists. I know a good dentist when I experience one. Doctor Lee is a practitioner who is interested in your health and in the future health of your teeth and mouth. She made me feel confident that she knows her dentistry and is able to explain and move quickly through a plan to remedy any problems you may have. She is very precise and is the highest quality professional. She would be great for children since she is very gentle.

April 23rd 2026, a second tooth popped out, I was charged $240 to have it fixed and was assured that the entire denture plate was checked... well it is now May 4th 2026, and a third tooth popped out of the denture plate... can't make this stuff up... I made the third complaint to the "Leadership team" at Affordable Denture and Implants "Customer Care" line.... The 2 previous complaints have been ignored, well now I will call them every 24 hours until they refund me for this piece of garbage denture!

For six days, I had worsening pain, swelling, difficulty eating, lost sleep, vomiting, and missed work. The pain eventually spread into my ear, temple, and upper neck. I contacted the office/emergency number because the pain and swelling were getting worse. I did not receive timely guidance, and I felt I had to repeatedly explain the same concerns while I was in significant pain. When I returned for an emergency visit, the bite was adjusted. Within about 24 hours of that adjustment, I no longer needed pain medication. That improvement strongly suggests the high bite was a major factor in the pain and inflammation I experienced. I also clearly stated that I did not want to be seen by the same dentist again, but I was still placed with him. I asked for work and activity restrictions because I am a massage therapist and my job is physically demanding, but I did not receive clear clinical guidance. "Do what feels good" is not sufficient guidance for someone doing manual labor while recovering from a dental abscess/root canal complication. The lack of communication, lack of clear aftercare instructions, and feeling unheard throughout this process caused unnecessary stress and affected my ability to work. I no longer feel comfortable continuing care at this office. I requested a refund yesterday because I paid for a crown that I did not receive. The office has not issued the refund, and now I am having to dispute the charge with my bank.

Repeating that: They put hands in my mouth and, while I was unable to talk, without anesthetic, without saying what was about to happen, began stitching an open infected wound closed while I arched in pain - Refused to prescribe antibiotics after surgery, despite nurse reminder and direct ask, and refused again despite nurse confusion when I came in 4 days later for pain - Stabbed me in the face on 2 occasions with dental cleaning picks during a cleaning, the second time causing my face to bleed. - Used demeaning language toward me, blaming me for dental issues caused by following their post-surgical instructions to the letter. - Misgendered me and misnamed me, including after polite correction, on all 6 visits I made to the location.
