Once again, Dr. Bebeau and his staff were compassionate, warm, thorough, and professional, proving that my prior experience at this incredible practice is merely their norm and not a lucky event. As I noted in my prior review, I am an eye doctor in Scottsdale and I know how hard it is to make this level of service look so effortless. They have truly mastered that skill. I have always been extremely anxious about surgery, so the thought of needing oral surgery was something I dreaded for months. From the moment I walked into Dr. Bebeau's office, however, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. The office was spotless, which to me reflected the professionalism and attention to detail of the entire practice. I appreciated that Dr. Bebeau took a panoramic X-ray during our first consultation. He carefully reviewed it with me, projecting the image onto a large screen monitor and walking me through both the good and the bad. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and understanding. I made it clear that I was anxious, and they took plenty of time to explain every step of the process, including costs and estimated out-of-pocket expenses. I was treated like a person, not just another patient. I also cannot say enough good things about the anesthesiologist. He was outstanding. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and helped put me at ease. His calm demeanor gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Dr. Bebeau was equally impressive. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected. His staff checked in with me regularly, and follow-up questions were welcomed anytime, whether by phone or text. What stood out most, was the level of care throughout the entire experience, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared that I was comfortable and informed. Exceptional! Highly professional oral surgeon with an amazing team. I had a wisdom tooth removal on one side and another tooth removed on other side, with bone grafting. Both procedures went flawlessly, even though I had back and neck issues. Dr Bebeau and his team accommodated my needs and I had no pain in my back or neck after both procedures. This office is a sham. I had a loose implant that was done a few years ago in California. Since it started bothering me I went and saw Dr. Nicolas and his team. After 10 minutes they gave me a paper to sign that is cost $3500 to remove my implant and same amount to replace it. I did not fee comfortable how they came up with the cost without even examining my tooth. I left and while I was having dinner at same night I noted that the Implant came out by itself while I was having dinner and thanks god I did not swallowed it. Looks that this office thinks about $ rather the patient needs. read more

I was referred by my long term dentist for an implant. There was a required consultation to review the x-rays and I received a document requiring information. I am a private Pay patient however the form would not allow submission of basic contact information and required extensive private details which I consider both irrelevant and invasive considering no insurance was involved and I was referred by an excellent dental practice. I then realized that a consultation fee was required. I cancelled my appointments. The fact that no insurance was involved he would have been well paid not to charge the fee. I am reasonable well informed regarding dental work, not least my Son-in -law has his own practice and has the same qualifications in addition have had 4 in plants elsewhere. Dr. Bebeau and his staff are 5 stars all the way. Our daughter had had previous dental trauma and was very, very anxious about having her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Bebeau was compassionate and reassuring, and his staff, especially Sandi, helped her navigate the whole process seamlessly. I reached out to Dr. Bebeau's office for a consult on removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth - two of which were "impacted" (completely sideways). During my consult, Dr. Bebeau answered all of my questions with compassion and care. Furthermore, Dr. Bebeau's staff including Jelena, Sandi & Lynn were easy to work with, funny and very caring. Extremely RUDE Reception lady. Perhaps Dr. Bebeau is a good oral surgeon, or not? I'll never know because the older lady who answered the phone was Extremely rude, condescending and snippy. I called to make an appointment for an implant and she kept going on and on about the $455 consultation cost that is supposedly "standard practice" in Arizona (which it is not). She amso bragged about working in LA and claimed every dentist in LA also charges high consultation which is also false. I told her 2x I dont mind paying the consultation fee but I already have the recent CT scan from only a few days ago. This review is long overdue. My dentist referred me to an oral surgeon that I didn't feel comfortable with so I searched Yelp and luckily found Dr. Bebeau! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the experience was fantastic. I don't know what his secret is but I had absolutely zero pain during recovery and very minimal swelling. Dr Bebeau is a skilled oral surgeon and our son's wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly from a clinical standpoint. Practice was also good about arranging for an anesthesiologist to perform the anesthesia at our request. Side note for parents of minors that you will not be allowed to stay in the waiting room during the procedure which seems a little irregular given that your child is undergoing anesthesia which carries a risk for complications. Although I was sitting quietly in a corner of the empty waiting room looking at my phone I was instructed to leave the premises in a rather odd manner. I don't think this is a pandemic thing, since our daughter's oral surgeon in Dallas did not have restrictions on staying in the waiting room during surgery at about the same time. read more

This is a long overdue review...I was new in town, needed an implant and went to see Dr. Bebeau. I knew right away from the sweet lady at the front desk to his nurse to Dr. Bebeau that I was in good hands. I opted for only Novocain for my procedure and except for a headache the evening of the procedure, I was good to go for a shopping trip the next day! I had very minimal pain and no swelling! Dr. Bebeau is a pro and I believe the fact that he is an MD in addition to a DDS contributes to his knowledge and skill. I would not trust anyone but Dr. Bebeau with any type of oral surgery. I now need another implant and am actually looking forward to seeing him again! He is so kind and personable and makes you feel very comfortable before your surgery. First of all. I have never written a Yelp review, but I had such a positive experience with this office I felt it would be proper. I was referred to Bebeau from Briggs family dentistry regarding the removal of my wisdom teeth and one additional diseased tooth. I put off going to dentist for a decade or so. Sandy up front got my insurance dialed in and we made an appointment. I work in medical sales and am very apprehensive about choosing a surgeon, because I know some are better or worse than others. During my consultation the Dr. and the staff sat with me for 30-40 minutes while explaining my procedure at length. Dr bebeau was also kind enough to answer my plethora of qualifying questions, I.e. how many of these procedures have you done, complication rates, typical post procedure results. I was at ease. The procedure day was a cinch. Show up. Got an Iv of sleepy juice. Woke up with mouth full of gauze and missing aforementioned wisdom teeth. He called me that evening to give me his cell and make sure all was well. I had to come back to the office to get washed out and followed up on and the staff was extremely good about getting me in and taking care of me. For what it's worth. I was first referred to Dr. Bebeau from my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely nervous for this procedure but when I met Dr. Bebeau, I was put at ease. He really takes the time to explain everything to you so you aren't surprised. So, having my wisdom teeth removed was my first procedure. And I had a great experience with him. So it only made sense that I go back for the second procedure which was an impact. Again, I was super nervous for this procedure since I was going to be awake the entire time (I chose that option) but Dr. Bebeau and his amazing nurses really do their best to make sure you are comfortable. Throughout the entire procedure they kept me informed of what they were doing and asked if I was okay and gave me a cozy blanket since I was freezing. It's really those little things that make a person feel like they are in good hands. And believe me when I say that you are absolutely in good hands when you are with Dr. Bebeau and his lovely staff. Oh and Dr. Bebeau even will call when you are resting up to see how you are doing and to see if you have any questions for him. Another reason that shows me he truly cares for their patients. They are professional, kind, and caring people. Every encounter I have had with Crystal (the very sweet woman you meet when you first walk in), Sandy, Heidi Jo, all the other nurses, and Dr. Bebeau have all been nothing less than absolutely pleasant! This review is 46 years in the making. With congenital and medical issues which necessitated my surgery, my own fear and anxiety was difficult to overcome. The oral surgery I faced was described as 'significant' but the confidence and caring of Dr. Bebeau and his staff completely eclipsed my apprehension and allowed me the opportunity have the life changing procedure completed. Pre op every detail was addressed, question answered, concern mitigated and strategy explained. The actual surgery was perfectly executed, and every expectation met. Now 6 months post op, I have absolutely no regrets about the procedure and the surgeon who so compassionately performed his craft with exacting precision. I can't say how grateful to be referred to Dr. Bebeau and his staff. They were professional, informative, skilled and all around a joy to be around. They don't miss a detail and have really made sure that you feel at ease and when you walk in I felt more like I was at a spa with great music. I was in a lot of pain and they got me in the next day and even did a lot of advanced work to ensure my insurance was covered and that level of care continues because they care and value you as a patient. While vacationing in Arizona, I had an emergency which required a dental implant. I as referred to Dr Bebeau. What a stroke of luck that was. From the moment I stepped into his office I was greeted by Sandy, who was extremely kind and helpful. The premises are architecturally very pleasing and well laid out. Every single member of Dr Bebbeau's staff was outstanding and very professional. They all knew how to make you feel relaxed and at ease. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bebbeau. I have rarely met a medical professional so dedicated, knowledgable, kind and reassuring.
