Dr. Rabot is hands down the BEST oral surgeon! I dont even know where to begin . (This is a long one ) 1. I probably have one of the VERY worst dental phobias you can imagine from bad childhood early adult dentist experiences. Im talking trembling , shaking uncontrollably , sweating to the point my glasses would fog up , nausea , heart pounding fear . And that lead to a lot of years of neglect on my part. Ive had a dentist use the max amount of shots to numb me and look me in my face like i was crazy and tell me "sorry I cant give you any more" when I tried to tell them I could still feel it , not a little bit, like fully feel it . Dr. Rabot was the FIRST of many to actually take the time and hear me. Right off the bat he explained that he would try a different technique that required an injection into the back of my jaw and that it would not be the most pleasant but it should do the trick. When I tell you this man did extractions and implants with less pain that ive had for a cavity/root canal/ simple extraction. The whole time talking me thru what he was doing , making sure I was ok and comfortable the entire time. His chairside manor is incredible and he just has a very calming and assuring way about him . 2nd Dr. Rabot has given me several implants and a few weeks into the 3rd one it had failed (it happens) . And it was CHRISTMAS morning , I texted Dr. Rabot early in the morning and sent him a video of me wiggiling my implant with my tounge. His response ? "I can be at the office in 30 minutes , or would you be more comfortable in the hospital setting because we can go there too". ON CHRISTMAS MORNING !! I am not a fan of hospitals so I went with the office. 30 min and he had me in the chair , numbed up , implant out and bone grafting done , 3-4 months later new implant and back in buisness (2nd attempt did not fail ) 3rd EVERY SINGLE TIME he has done any surgery on my HE calls me to check up on me. Not an assistant. 4th he has never made me feel stupid for my insane phobia , only been supportive and understanding. 5th VERY VERY clean office VERY kind staff . I DO not give out 5 star reviews easy . But this one is so deserved . He is a master at his craft and knows and cares very much about the work he does and that shows To the person who complained about having to wait while he ordered his food on vacation in another country .... poor you !!! You had to wait a couple minutes ....... it would have been so much better if you were sent to an after hours answering service or a voicemail right ? Cause thats what most Docs will do. Im not sure what other option he could have provided to you for immidiate help other than hospital . He was out of the country, the fact he answered the call at all shows you exactly the kind of Dr he is . The kind that always puts his patients first. read more

I have gone to Dr. Robot for many years and was always satisfied with his work. But more recently I had a very bad experience. I had an implant which was bothering me and so he said that he would look inside it to make sure it's OK. After he found out by looking at it and putting a hole in the implant, he said it looks fine, but then proceeded to file down the two teeth in front of it. After a while, I called him and told him that I was having headaches, and that something was acting funny with a bridge that I had in my mouth. he was rude and very indifferent about it and I got the feeling he didn't even care and did not offer any help or any solutions. I was surprised by my disastrous badmouth alignment. I found a wonderful prosthodontist who is helping me and us resolving this issue. It now it's not costing me $8000 to get my alignment back in order. and thank God, I found somebody who could do it! read more

I came to Dr. Rabot with a very complex dental implant case and I couldn't have had a better outcome! Dental implant removal, bone grafting, implant placement, etc. I've been incredibly happy with every part of the process. As someone who gets very worried about my dental issues, I especially appreciate his calm, confident demeanor. It's made a very stressful period for me practically anxiety-free. I was referred to Dr. Rabot to have my wisdom teeth removed... they should have been removed well over a decade ago but because of a bad experience when I was young, I have been terrified of the dentist and it gave me too much anxiety to think about stepping foot in an office. However, after years and years of pain every few months when my wisdom teeth would get infected or put pressure on the rest of my teeth, and one final, really, bad week of pain, I caved. The entire team at Dr. Rabot's office were incredibly kind, empathetic, and really wanted to make sure I was comfortable. After my first appointment to confirm I needed them out, I scheduled the surgery. The day of my surgery, I got to the office, waited about two minutes before I was called back. As they started preparing everything, Dr. Rabot came in and was so calm and gentle in explaining every little thing to put me at ease. Less than 20 minutes later, I woke up and went to the recovery room where my mom joined me. After a few minutes of resting and receiving care instructions, we headed home. I was in complete shock that I wasn't in more pain and that it all happened so fast. My recovery has been easy- very little pain. I just completed my follow up appointment with Dr. Rabot, and again was so impressed by the entire team. They were incredibly transparent about the costs, the process, and making sure I was comfortable. I'm so glad it's all over now, and I grateful I chose Dr. Rabot. read more

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a medical office. The nurse was sooo disrespectful I was in tears after I left... more so then when I came in. I should have walked out but I was in pain and needed my tooth pulled. I called the front desk after my visit and notified them what happened but never got a call back . .. how unprofessional to say the least. I did not return to this Dr to continue treatment and would never trust them with care. read more

I went to Dr. Rabot to get my wisdom teeth out a year ago and it was one of the worst experiences of my life not because of the surgical procedure itself but with how Dr. Rabot treated me after the fact. I was in pain and unable to eat for two weeks and had swelling for three which I was told should only last about a week. On top of that I ended up getting a fever of 101.4 and was told that I needed to call if I ever got a fever so that's what I did and I was greeted by Dr. Rabot telling me and my family to hold on while he ordered the rest of his meal during his Cabo San Lucas trip and we had to listen to the whole thing on the other side of the phone. He finally let us tell him what was going on and then he proceeded to be very passive aggressive (which he always was with me) and say that it's not a big deal and if I think it is then I can go to the hospital. Overall horrible experience and I definitely recommend going somewhere else. I'm writing this review because I wish I was told to find another doctor before I went to him. read more

I procrastinated having some teeth pulled until most of them were broken and hard to deal with. I was afraid of the pain and, because I'm on blood thinners, I was also afraid of excessive bleeding. I had five teeth pulled (or, I should say, dug out) on one visit. I felt no pain during the procedure and had no bleeding. Yes, my mouth was sore for a few days but certainly was not what I expected. I would recommend Dr. Rabot to anyone who needs oral surgery. Not only is he highly skilled but he makes you feel safe and comfortable. WoW!!! Amazing talent. I had my wisdom tooth removal just today...Other than local anethesia time, doctor took less than 10 minutes, no pain removed both my wisdom teeth-upper. He gave all information, making me comfortable every step.what an expert i saw today..Staff was highly professional, proactive. They send medication to pharmacy to make sure the medicine is available after surgery, and everything in the clinic was amazing. read more

I took my eight year old daughter to Dr. Rabot to have three baby teeth extracted. He took a lot of time explaining the procedure to her and to me. He was very gentle with her and the whole procedure went much more easily than I had thought. Also, his fee was very reasonable, a lot less than I thought I was going to have to spend. read more

Worst experience ever!!! I had a tooth extracted and had a dry socket. The office staff and assistants were rude. I'm in the medical field and would never treat a patient of mine like the doctor and staff treated me. I had to make 4 phone calls to get seen, each time met with the assurance I didn't have a dry socket and they're unheard of with an upper tooth. I finally walked in, with a 102 fever, and was met with eyes rolling and ignored for 20 mins. The doctor told me to my face I could not have a dry socket in the affected area. Well, suffice to say, I did. I wouldn't take my dog to this office. Horrible experience!! I hope they read this and change their attitudes. I am not one to every write a derogatory review...this was how bad this practice is! read more

This guy is a really good dr. I had a bad tooth,in a ton of pain. I went to see him. His staff was great,I felt comfy. My insurance covered most things but I ponied up the extra for N02. With the local injections the removal went well, even though the root was under another tooth. This guy is all business and determined to make " going to the dentist" less painful and terrorizing . I have a 21 year old daughter with some special needs. Low IQ, learning disabilities, anxiety. Waited 3 years to have wisdom teeth removed to make sure that the maturity level was there and understanding. While she was still not totally understanding the WHY of having wisdom teeth removed, it was time and we don't want to wait much longer. I do not have guardianship because she has always been compliant and let us help her make decisions. We prepped our daughter for 6 weeks for this procedure. the day we went for the appointment with DR Rabot, she panicked and had an anxiety "attack". Just genuinely scared. She said she didn't want to do it, and they called me back. I was able to calm her down and she was ready to do it. Dr Rabot and his very unfriendly, unsympathetic and downright rude nurse told me no, we are not going to do it, and you need to take her home. No trying to talk to her, no understanding ( even though I had warned him of her special needs) I feel that this could have been handled so much better, so much different. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Clearly, they are not understanding of special needs and mental illness. Stay far away if you have any mental health issues at all. read more

Took me in as a new customer. They called and verified my insurance everything was cool. They took an x-ray determined that they had to take the tooth out is the best thing to do. The doctor was very kind. He made sure my mouth felt no pain lots of Novocaine. Took a little bit to get my tooth out but he was patient. The lady who worked with him was also awesome. I went to Dr Rabot for wisdom teeth extraction. I think my dentist recommended him. Dr Rabot spent over an hour during the consultation explaining everything to my Mom and I. He made me feel a lot better about the procedure and told me of everything that could go wrong. His staff also took 3D exrays. The procedure itself was scary, but honestly not that painful. He talked me through the entire thing. The price was great - only $500 a tooth. We thought it would be thousands. I would recommend him. read more
