She was very friendly, and even though she recognized me from my initial review, she was patient enough with me to explain what happened during my first visit. I explained that the prices for the tables had changed from 6.95 to 8 she pointed out that the table prices on her website were the same as those she had charged me. (They were 6.95 on the website the last time we had reviewed them before the rental.) When I explained that I couldn't find the terms she pointed to her website and under the "About" tab were the terms and conditions. She also placed another hyperlink at the bottom of a 30 plus list of hyperlinks on her main page. And again under quick links at the bottom of the page. She also pointed out that her website is under construction and apologized that it wasn't clear. It should be noted that the Credit Card surcharge is for "over-the-phone" transactions and we did ours face-to-face so there shouldn't have been any surcharge. Because of her customer service, I felt obliged to add another star to the review. But until we can come to an agreement about the surcharge and the website is updated to be made more clear, I can't give the establishment three stars.

Then you'll complain and they'll pretend to care again, get you a new planner who also doesn't respond for weeks!!!!! Then when you complain, they tell you to be professional. The staff here SUCKS. Only book if you're fluent in planning weddings or plan to use an outside planner. The venue is beautiful but WORST SERVICE EVER!!! And at about $30K!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. When I asked did she do floral centerpieces, she said no but she offered a balloon centerpiece which was new to me.
