When I finally stepped around the partition to ask for help, the employee came out and said, "Gosh, you're impatient and cranky today." I was neither -- I simply needed to get to work. A simple "Sorry, I got caught up" would have been the end of it. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for expecting basic service. To make matters worse, my cleaning -- promised by 5/28 -- still wasn't ready on 5/29, meaning I have to make a second trip for an order that should have been done. I'm genuinely easy-going, and I don't leave reviews like this lightly. But between the unprofessional comment and the missed turnaround, this was enough. I'll pay more to go somewhere that treats customers with basic respect and delivers on its commitments. Lapels, this employee is costing you business -- not just mine.

CAN YOU BELIEVE they wanted $14.00 to clean a sport coat!!!…read more $6.00 for the cleaning and $8.00 to wipe off some hairs on the sportcoat. i told the guy in the store. i will never , ever darken your door again. i have been have clothes dry cleaned for 60 + years and no one ever charged me extra because of a few hairs clinging to the coat. this coat is cashmere, but I have never been charged extra before went across the street to to one next to the hardware store and they just charged the regular price.
