I received a random email from "Stacy and Nicole" with comps on my home. I did not ask for them so then I proceeded to call the 2 numbers at the bottom of the email to ask why this was done. I called the first number, Stacy. Whomever answered just said "hello" (doesn't seem like a business) so I asked if I could speak to Stacy. She hesitated and said "I can help you". These two were super sweet in the beginning. They brought us cookies and were eager to get our house on the market. But once they got our signature to get things going, it was like they were working for the buyers. I felt rushed and didn't always understand forms they had us quickly sign. When I expressed my confusion, Stacy sounded annoyed and insisted she had gone over it with me. They said escrow would be 30 days, and we thought we would have time to find a place to live and in the end, they moved it up because buyers wanted to move in sooner. I wish I would have stuck with my gut and hired our friends who would have cared more. We didn't want to mix friends with business, but at least they would have been on our team. Let's start this off by saying that ANYONE can be a realtor. However, NO ONE can be Stacy & Nicole. I've had many opportunities to work with other Realtors, but continually come back to the dynamic duo of Stacy and Nicole. These two ladies are the true definition of "hustle" with a heart.
