This place is an absolute GEM. I found them after I tried to go to a place nearby and they were full... they are hidden away, almost in an alley, a total hole-in-the-wall, but what an awesome find! I have gotten two spa pedicures here now and the treatment is always top notch! Great massage, hot towels, stone, etc and all for $45, plus they let you pay and tip on Venmo so it's easy! I found this place when I first moved to Danvers eight years ago and I found it by accident. Well, eight years later I'm still going they treat their customers like gold. They are some of the nicest people that I've ever met. The owner Lee and her husband Henry are very intelligent and well spoken. They speak English very very well and they always do an excellent job. I followed my favorite nail tech, Alison, to this shop. Immaculately clean, great service, friendly environment, variety I'd services. I look forward to going in because they make you feel welcome no matter when you come in or how busy they are! ** I got a pretty bad infection! I was looking for an open nail salon on a Sunday and came across Nicole's in Danvers. I got my nails done a week ago, just a regular manicure so I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. I also wasn't expecting two of my fingers to become infected. The polished nails looked ok, though the guy got nail polish all over my hand and left it there. The tools looked dirty, and he kept using his thumb nail to scrape..and I mean scrape roughly, around my nail. I had two swollen fingers the next day, one began to pus pretty soon after the manicure. The other finger was swollen for a week before starting to pus tonight. I will never return and advise anyone else to find another salon! read more

I have been searching for a local nail place since moving to Danvers a couple years ago. I have had an "ok" experience at Dream Nails and HORRIBLE experiences at Paris and Best Nails. There are only 4 places in downtown, so after striking out at 3 places, I felt as though Danvers was without hope. Recently, I decided to give Nicole Nails a shot after other yelpers gave 5 star reviews. I am SO glad I tried this place! Whew!!! Friendly service, clean salon, a quality pedi..did I mention that they are friendly!? Nothing like going to a salon and they speak among themselves in another language...not this place! I will be back in a heartbeat and plan to make this my new hot spot for my mani/pedi needs. amen! read more

So, I yelped a good nail salon in Danvers and this place was supposed to be good. Just like another reviewer I have an infection on my toe! Won't be going back. Marie was rough, it was NOT warm and welcoming and did not appear to be sanitary, but I was hopeful. read more

Nicole's Nails is clean and updated and they also went above and beyond for Covid safety measures. I've been going there for probably 10 years now. All the women in my family go there, too. There's a doctor that sends his patients to Le (the owner), to take care of an ingrown toenail. She's a pro. All of her employees do a great job. Highly recommend! read more

I was iffy on this place to begin with but I just decided to go anyways and I am extremely disappointed. To start off, she told me i couldn't get a light nail color because the color i had on was too dark. This was just pure laziness on her part because she did not want to fully soak off my nails, then the drill was too high and was extremely painful and when I said something my nail artist did nothing but say "oh yeah". She proceeded to do my nails and they came out bumpy, uneven, and my fingers are even stained from the dip powder. I was on the verge of tears because this service cost $35 dollars and looks like it was a home job from a beginner. I called after leaving asking for a refund because that's how upset I was and the manager refused that completely and kept interrupting me. Don't waste your time or money there. read more

This place is great. I used to go every 2 weeks for a shellac mani and a monthly pedi in the summer. Let always makes time for me and does an excellent job, she's also a very sweet lady. I broke a nail one day and she told me to come in asap so I did and she patched it with acrylic powder and repainted the French tip on the nail and refused to take any money from me ! I didn't go for almost 3 years because I had moved and was just maintaining my nails myself. About 6 months ago I called and set an appointment, Le recognized my voice and name instantly and said she was so happy to hear from me. I walked in and she gave me a huge hug. The service was the same top notch service I had gotten in the prior years. Nicoles has great prices and service and I have never left disapponted! Wow! Finally found my go-to nail salon in Danvers! I cannot recommend Lee enough she is so great at what she does and one of the nicest people I have ever met. Seriously one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. She takes her time and makes sure it is perfect. The staff is super kind and it is a place that they care to know you, not just for the business but because they are genuine. So I just adore Lee. Might be the nicest woman in the world and does an amazing job too. The chairs are new and they use the hygienic liners for the tubs, which I love. They always have the latest OPI colors and never a problem finding the match. They are on time for appointments and don't rush. I've been to almost every nail salon in Danvers/Beverly and this is my favorite. Sure, it's behind Danvers hardware and nothing fancy to look at - but it's clean, the chairs massage, and they do a great job- what honestly else do you need? Go there, ask for Lee - and enjoy the best leg and foot massage- the perfect pedicure is just the bonus. read more

Ive been going to this salon for years and have loved it. However, my last two visits have forced me to make the decision to end my business there. The last time I went to have my gel set removed my technician did not soak my nails or safely remove them. Instead she ripped them off dry, also ripping off layers of my real nail to the point of bleeding. Today, I returned to get a fresh gel set. Two of my nails were sliced open due to poor filing and I bled again. This is unacceptable. The bloody nail file continued to be used and was not discarded, posing a huge biohazard for the next client. The shape and length was uneven and poorly done. This is one of the best salons with the nicest people I have ever gone to! They are super friendly and don't yap away to each other in another language making you uncomfortable! The salon is always clean and they even have a special chair for kids! My son loves to come with me to sit in the "bear chair" and watch a movie on the DVD player! Wow! I went there before a wedding this weekend to get a mani and pedi and was very pleased! The prices are reasonable, and they did an excellent job overall! The place also appears to be very clean. The pedi was very well done, and the massage chairs are comfortable. The staff is friendly and I am very indecesive and they helped me pick out some nice colors while still being extremely patient with me. For my nails, I got a shellac french manicure, and it came out amazing! That was my first time getting shellac and I was very impressed with the results. No chipping, no bubbling, etc. I will definately be back! My Manicurist was Rose and I will try and request her next time- she was great! read more

Nicoles is wonderful! I saw Lee when I went in for my mani/pedi. I brought my mother in law as well. I have to praise this place because my MIL had an anxiety attack in the middle of our visit and caused somewhat of a scene. Instead of getting upset they worked with us, were calm and so nice an understanding. On top of that my gel mani lasted over 2 weeks before chipping and I constantly have my hands in water doing dishes at my job. They are WONDERFUL! read more

This is such a nice, family owned business! I have had a couple of great pedicures here. They even took me at 9am on a Sunday (Mother's Day) when they don't open until 10! I was able to go in about 45 mins before they close for a polish change just last night after not loving the color from another nail salon the day before. Customer service is above and beyond. They really care about their clients and their business. My toes always look perfect when I leave! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome! read more

I've visited this salon twice in the past 6 months and had a good experience both times. Yesterday I went for gel nails and the nail tech was cutting down one of my nails and cut the back of my finger at the same time. He said nothing...no apology...just grabbed for some green gel in a bottle. I should've walked out at that moment. Later he took some money from a co-worker and then continued to work on my hand with an open cut without washing his hands. I will never go back and I'm keeping an eye on my my right hand for infection. Both the back and front of my nail are red and I'm using neosporin to cut the sting. Never again. read more

Wouldn't recommend this nail salon. I went in to get my nails done, and after someone already started my nails I am told that they have an appointment and I will have to wait. After that appointment is finished, they take three customers who got there after me and didn't have appointments. As well, the nail job was sloppy and I left with nail polish all over my fingers. read more

***I GOT A REALLY BAD INFECTION FROM THIS NAIL SALON*** I had been here a few times and always walked out satisfied with my regular manicures. I decided to get a pedicure one day. The nail tech that had done my pedicure was extremely rough. I've had plenty of pedicures at many different nail salons and never had I had such a painful pedicure. After I left the nail salon two of my toes started to instantly swell and were really painful. Less then 24 hours later I went back to the nail salon because those two toes were very big/puffy, red, swollen and puss was coming out of them (I know really gross). I've never gotten an infection from a pedicure before- not even an irritation. When I went back a few of the nail techs looked at my two toes and didn't seem to care much- one of them put some alcohol on it, applied some ointment and sent me on my way. I ended up having to go to the doctors to get some medication because after a week they were still extremely raw/red and oozing yellow puss. It was so gross and disturbing. What was even more disturbing was the lack of responsibility the salon took for my infection, and the carelessness that they showed. Infections are caused by one thing, dirty tools or foot bath. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

My Friend and I went and got a mani/pedi and noticed the nail tech had a french pedicure. But, instead of the basic white nail tips she had painted American Flags on every toe. SO, we decided to get American Flags on our bug toes. Kim did mine and I believe Tanya did my friends nails., Kim and Tanya were so precise! Kim told me that she loves to paint designs on peoples toes and finger, and you could tell that she takes pride in her work.. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My new favorite nail place! I got a gift certificate here and got a pedi to try it out. I had Lynn do my pedi and it was awesome. She did a great job, was super nice and friendly. All of the techs are friendly, very accomodating and pleasant. I just went back last week to get a shellac manicure and had Kathy do it. She did a great job, took her time and made sure I was happy before I left. I'm glad I found this place and highly reccommend it! read more
