This has to be one of the best nail salons in Gloucester. You are greeted the moment you walk in. I like that whom ever is doing your nails/toes, they have a conversation with you, not just among themselves(like most places). They go above and beyond to make sure that you leave satisfied. Tom did my nails and he definitely knows his craft and is passionate about his job. I highly recommend this nail salon. Even if you're not a local and just a tourist, stop in if you're in the need. Let me first say that this place was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. Not the most up-to-date place but just fine. I'm not really that picky, I just want the nails shaped and my callouses removed. Well not one of my toe nails is even, not a straight line, not rounded . This is the only nail salon in Gloucester I will go to now - their work is exceptional! They take the extra time and care to give you a manicure (or pedicure) that will really last and look spectacular. Very friendly and extremely service oriented, they took such good care of me! I was a walk-in so it wasn't speedy, but that's because they have so much business and take care of every customer. Dalina was so enjoyable and incredibly dedicated to her craft for her age. Both Ly and Sonny were so pleasant! The salon is so clean and spacious. I felt comfortable. Sonny did my mani and pedi. The gel manicure came out perfectly, she even added dimonds to my line design! Perfect nails? Yeah right! This place is AWFUL! I went for a shellac manicure not knowing what I was getting myself into. The place is a dump, the women are rude and don't speak English. My manicure was rushed, gel was all over my hands and she screwed up on one and didn't bother fixing it. Ive had many shellac manis, I know that there are two coats of color, she skipped one and it looks like crap. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more
