I had a small celebration about ten people but still loved it. I love how they put me in a separate room so my wife couldn't see me until I came down the aisle. The music I was going to walk down the aisle to played loudly through out the room. Also the music we chose to walk away from the alter as well. I was so busy and when I had my candles to light as a Union I had no candle holders but she had them for me which I so appreciated. The parking is a problem because you may have to park a little far and some people have trouble finding this location but thats the only issues I've experienced. A huge plus is the owner has three different photographers you can book at a discount for having a wedding here which we also did. I'm happy that I got married at a nice place with out breaking the bank.

I am at the point where everytime i think about our wedding day i regret where it was done and if i could have reversed time and picked somewhere else, or even gone to the courthouse like we originally planned we would have been happier. getting in contact with your planner is so hard, it would take days to respond. we didnt even get to pick our cake flavor or anything like that until two days before (which they got wrong, we asked for chocolate and got vanilla). thats not even the part where im upset, we spent an EXTRA 300$ on a wedding video. after our wedding we received an email stating that we should be getting it in a few days. a week passed by and nothing, i emailed them and waited another week for a response and found out that they LOST OUR WEDDING VIDEO and is looking for it. my husband then emailed but with no response. another week went by and i texted them and was left in read for about 1-2 days before they told me that they figured out the problem on the technical side but no luck on our video, we should be getting a refund in about 10 days. it has been OVER 10 ten days and we have received nothing so i have texted them AGAIN and got left on read, which lead to another text a week later and still left on read and ignored. its sad to see this company more active on instagram than their clients. im grateful for the beautiful day i got with my friends and family, but i wish we picked somewhere else. i am heartbroken. we have no way to look back on our special day except with iphone pictures my friends and family took. we had a friend record the whole wedding and told him we didnt need it because we were getting a professional one done, so he deleted it. we understand they are very busy people, but when you screw up so bad like losing a whole wedding video you should be a little more caring than you are. reading these reviews have showed us that we have been treated worlds differently than other couples, unfortunately not in a good way. thank you elegant celebrations, for making our day definitely something we wont forget.

The Allaire Historic Village is a gem! Within the village are preserved historic structures that…read moreonce served as part of a self-contained community built by James Allaire back in the 1800's. You'll find a general store, carpentry and pattern making shop, a blacksmith shop, bakery, boarding houses, a blast furnace, a church....and more. Inside these buildings are a volunteer staff demonstrating the skills of the trades. What made my experience amazing is the ability to converse with the staff, dressed in appropriate time period clothes, as they explained the historic craft demonstrations and history of the village. The village is non-profit and is able to stay opened by donations and volunteers. Other various events such as weddings and fairs help keep the village opened. My visit was during the 4th Annual BBQ and Brew. On site we're numerous food truck serving up BBQ. For those who aren't into BBQ, there were food trucks serving up sweet treats and sausage & peppers. Alcoholic beverages (beer) were behind a gated area where everyone is carded before admittence. Once inside, tickets at $6 a piece are purchased for redemtion of a drink of whatever you want. In addition to the BBQ and Brews, various vendors were on site selling their unique crafts and a live band was providing the tunes. It was a fun time experiencing and learning about the village. The BBQ and brews were an extra bonus. A big shout out to Yelp CM Katarina for the Yelp give away.

I paid 250 USD to him but it all got wasted, my fuel expense and my time got wasted.
