Hiring Jaclyn Fisher Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding…read more Jaclyn guided us through full-service planning with a level of organization, calm, and genuine care that made the entire experience feel manageable and even fun. She understood our vision quickly, helped us refine it, and brought forward ideas and vendors that were perfect for our style, budget, and priorities. In the months leading up to the wedding, she handled every detail proactively. Nothing ever slipped through the cracks. She kept us on track, communicated clearly, and advocated for us with vendors in a way that made us feel supported and protected throughout the process. When the wedding weekend arrived, her team showed up fully prepared and were an absolute dream to work with. They handled every moving part quietly and efficiently so we could be present with our families. Anytime something needed to be adjusted or solved, they were already on it before we even realized. Our day was beautiful, seamless, and genuinely stress free because of them. I can't imagine planning a wedding without Jaclyn and her team, and I recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a planner who is thoughtful, experienced, and truly invested in your happiness.

I would've been a mess without her and her assistant Gina!! They kept me sane and let me enjoy my day. If anything went wrong at our wedding, I didn't hear about it because they were so quick to solve any issues. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed and was often told how calm of a bride I was, and I attribute that entirely to Jaclyn and her team. At one point during my wedding day I was feeling nauseous and having a hard time eating, they offered to leave the venue and drive to find Pepto if they didn't have any in their emergency kit (which is stocked with anything you can imagine, which saved me from having to buy a ton of pointless items). They knew our venue inside and out and were friends with so many of my vendors. Working with Jaclyn made me feel so at ease about all of my choices. I cant recommend her company enough!

I was the Matron of Honor in my best friend's wedding at Spring Mill Manor, and as someone who…read moreworks in customer service, I was absolutely appalled by the level of disorganization, lack of communication, and overall disregard for professionalism I witnessed from start to finish. Nearly every detail the bride confirmed and signed off on before the wedding was ignored. The bridal suite had dirty champagne glasses and unsafe, wobbly chairs for hair and makeup. Both coordinators were hard to find throughout the day, and when issues arose, they were either dismissed or never followed up on. Guests were served the wrong food (including one with a serious allergy), others didn't receive meals at all, and many didn't even know dessert or coffee was available because there was no announcement. The champagne cart enhancement that was paid for was unstaffed and never used. Even simple things like helping the bride's nephew hand out programs--something I personally spoke to the coordinator about--were completely forgotten. Working in customer service myself, I know how important attention to detail, communication, and accountability are--especially for an event as meaningful as a wedding. What I saw that day was the opposite. The only person who seemed to know what she was doing was Sarah, who genuinely tried to correct issues and assist where others failed. Overall, it was extremely disappointing to watch such an important day unravel due to negligence and poor management.

These guys are a scam. I've chatted to people who have hired them and people hired by them. They…read moreonly pay between $325-$425 for their photographers or videographers to film a wedding for up to 8 hours. The cost of renting the equipment to shoot a wedding, let alone the talent to do so, costs more than that. They are cheap with their employees so they'll be cheap with you. This insulting payment rate will only bring in the worst shooters thus giving you, the client, the worst product. You may get lucky and the person hired has some talent, however those chances are too slim to trust for your special day. The thing about groups like this is they will show you some really nice work, that maybe their best shooters shot and pass it off as what you will definitely get in the end no matter who they send out. This is not the case. In fact chances are they will show content that they may very well have stolen from repeatable shooters. This is why who must ask for references no matter who you hire. When looking for a wedding photographer or videographer make sure you get references, they have a site with their work (not just Facebook), and they have professional quality gear. You can figure this last part out by asking what gear they have and take that list to a camera store and ask them what they think. If they say that the list is full of low-cost consumer gear then maybe look elsewhere. If they say the gear is mid-range, professional, or that it's capable of capturing the quality of photos or videos on the person you're looking to hire's site you're probably safe. All-in-All do your research. If you're in a pinch because your current shooter had to withdraw and didn't have a replacement shooter in mind (they should) then reach out to a nearby college, give a student a chance because you'll have better luck with them then anyone who passes themselves off as a professional yet has questionably low prices.

The Pros is a joke and scam of a company…read more.. My wedding was this past summer and we had a horrible experience with their videographer, Jan Phillip S. and his manager, Vincent J. Piecyk Jr. who did nothing to compensate us for our horrible experience. Horrified by the idea that there is a company willing to take advantage of one of the most important days in people's lives, my husband and I intend to make sure that other excited couples find out before it's too late. Don't let the good price and discounts fool you! I'm going to paste a full review soon, but wanted to get this page up just in case there are people considering working with this place. If you want information sooner, feel free to message me. And if you are in doubt, check out their REAL page at this link: yelp.com/biz/the-pros-sa... If you try searching for it by address, it won't pop up because, like I said, they figured out a way to filter themselves from searches online AND on Yelp and even on this page, they've filtered out reviews that make them look bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't put yourself through the trouble. Get a REAL photographer, DJ and DEFINITELY a videographer. And if you can't afford one, just get a friend to videotape it - trust me, what you'll get will be much better than what we did *crying bride* http://www.thepros.com/ http://www.weddingwire.com/biz/the-pros-photography/b1c77b7b0e7f806a.html https://www.theknot.com/marketplace/the-pros-weddings-huntingdon-valley-pa-419929 http://www.thepros.com/landing-page.aspx?landingpage=brand&LD=2670&Footer=Open&gclid=CLGcx-uPkMgCFSoUfgod8McGAQ&gclsrc=ds

we loved our wedding and it was very beautiful but there are a LOT of things that we are not happy…read moreabout. I am at the point where everytime i think about our wedding day i regret where it was done and if i could have reversed time and picked somewhere else, or even gone to the courthouse like we originally planned we would have been happier. getting in contact with your planner is so hard, it would take days to respond. we didnt even get to pick our cake flavor or anything like that until two days before (which they got wrong, we asked for chocolate and got vanilla). thats not even the part where im upset, we spent an EXTRA 300$ on a wedding video. after our wedding we received an email stating that we should be getting it in a few days. a week passed by and nothing, i emailed them and waited another week for a response and found out that they LOST OUR WEDDING VIDEO and is looking for it. my husband then emailed but with no response. another week went by and i texted them and was left in read for about 1-2 days before they told me that they figured out the problem on the technical side but no luck on our video, we should be getting a refund in about 10 days. it has been OVER 10 ten days and we have received nothing so i have texted them AGAIN and got left on read, which lead to another text a week later and still left on read and ignored. its sad to see this company more active on instagram than their clients. im grateful for the beautiful day i got with my friends and family, but i wish we picked somewhere else. i am heartbroken. we have no way to look back on our special day except with iphone pictures my friends and family took. we had a friend record the whole wedding and told him we didnt need it because we were getting a professional one done, so he deleted it. we understand they are very busy people, but when you screw up so bad like losing a whole wedding video you should be a little more caring than you are. reading these reviews have showed us that we have been treated worlds differently than other couples, unfortunately not in a good way. thank you elegant celebrations, for making our day definitely something we wont forget.
