They were kind and helped me with my problem. Honesty is their best policy and their kindness was genuinely wonderful. I will now use them as my dentist for me and my family. Just excellent!!!! I needed implants but didn't have the necessary bone structure in my jaws. I required bone grafts and he told be he used "every trick in the book" to create what was needed to enable my jaws to successfully accept three implants. He's so highly skilled, explained everything he was going to do and did. I trust him implicitly. I now have another tooth that was more filling than tooth, and the filling fell out. My dentist recommended a consult for another implant. Dr. Sachs was my only call. Appointment Feb. 5th, 2025. This is THE PLACE to go if you need oral surgery. Dr. Sachs is the surgeon.

Doctor Beck, the assistants…read moreand the office staff have been nothing but professional, sympathetic and considerate of my daughter's feelings, as well as of my wife's and mine. The procedure was originally set for November but we needed to reschedule, which the office and Doctor Beck did for us without hesitation or difficulty. There was no penalty, attitude or resistance - only help and cooperation. The procedure was difficult. All four of my daughter's teeth were impacted and it was not going to be easy. Doctor Beck had explained the procedure, answered questions and reassured my daughter, my wife and I, that every measure would be taken to ensure the best outcome. Taking time to explain things meant a lot to us. The procedure went well, as described, lasting just under an hour. Afterward Doctor Beck went over post op procedures with us, answered our questions, phoned in the necessary prescriptions to our pharmacy and said he would be checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. From a paperwork and billing perspective, leaving the office was easy, as most all of it was taken care of prior with no loose ends or surprises. Upon returning home, our prescriptions were ready with no delay because Doctor Beck had indeed called them in ahead. The following hours were not pleasant for my daughter because of the recovery BUT there were no surprises. We had been prepared for what was coming and were able to treat our daughter properly because of the information and direction given to us by Doctor Beck and his office. As promised, we received a call from the office in the afternoon checking in with us in our daughter's status. That was appreciated. Then, later in the evening, we received a call from Doctor Beck, personally, checking in on my daughter. This really made my daughter feel better, as it did us. I can only say that Doctor Beck has provided a level of care and expertise that we often no longer see from physicians today. It is without reservation that I recommend Doctor Beck, his office and staff.
