And trust me--I've had my fair share of dental issues over the years. The office is immaculate, always on time, and the staff is consistently friendly, caring, and welcoming. I had the best cleaning today with Monica, followed by a thorough exam with Dr. Greco and her team. Dr. Greco takes the time to carefully analyze your dental needs and clearly explain the next steps, which is incredibly comforting. It's rare to find a dentist who is not only meticulous and knowledgeable but genuinely cares about her patients. I couldn't recommend Polished Dental Care highly!!

The dentists I had been to previously were very judgmental and not at all sympathetic to my emotional needs. I had so many bad dental experiences that I had almost given up hope. What first struck me was his kindness, warmth and reassurance. Other dentists I had been to were condescending, but Dr. Levy was uplifting in his approach. I called the office back again, and they said they were taking care of it. That was two weeks ago. As of today, the insurance has yet to receive the information that was requested. I almost don't wanna write a review because I wanna keep her to myself. But that would be super…read moreselfish. But I feel like I hit the Dentist jackpot! Anyone who knows me knows I have a nearly impossible schedule if any plans need to be made. Top of the list of things I almost can never get around to is the dentist! No good dentist has late appointments or weekend appointments. In steps Dr. Mangiaracina. I called late on a Saturday and left a voicemail. Totally not expecting anyone to answer but she herself called me back within 15 mins. I explained how my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance and I have a crazy schedule. What ensued was a great conversation and she promised to work with me. My first visit she did an exam and told me I had a broken tooth & she could do an overlay and save the tooth instead of putting a cap on. I love how she thinks. Then I knew I loved her when she told me she was going to bond another tooth that 3 other dentists insisted that I get root canal & a cap. I refused all 3 because I know my tooth was fine just chipped. She put up with my crazy schedule and accommodated me and got the work done. And I might add with NO NOVOCAIN!!! No pain was involved and I'm so freakin happy!! Wish I found her years ago!! Thanks for an amazing experience Dr. Mangiariacina!! 12-7-2019
