The new dentist, Dr. Shor maybe my least favorite dentist yet. I have a small mouth so naturally my mouth does not open as wide as some others and Dr. Capone and his hygienist worked with me on that but Dr. Shor basically yelled at me because it wouldn't open any wider for her while she was working on me after keeping me waiting for 30MIN to see her. She is also a bit unhygienic, blowing her nose with gloves on and then trying to get right back into my mouth without washing her hands and changing gloves. If it doesn't work in the food industry I'm sure it wouldn't be allowed in dentistry. Not only that but after having a cavity filled by her 2 weeks ago, my tooth is still sensitive and I can't chew on that side at all when I never had any pain before. Once she fixes whatever she did wrong on my filling I will not be returning, I may not even be returning for that.

I booked online & was given one of their very first appt. Oh man what a great experience! Everyone from the receptionist Terry to the Benefits coordinator Corinne was respectful super nice & very helpful. I wasn't sure they took her insurance but before we could see the doctor, Esteban already confirmed that she was covered. Our first encounter was Kayleigh the technician that took the Xray pics & was patient, courteous & respectful of her pain by being very gentle. The next was the hygienist Jaime who was respectful, knowledgeable & explained all that was occurring with my cousin. Doctor Roumiana arrived & explained in detail what was occurring to give her the pain that she was experiencing. It turns out that the Smilist diagnosed her incorrectly. Corinne explained the bill in detail & provided us with our financing options, which included what items were covered by the insurance & what was out of pocket. Needless to say my cousin received exceptional treatment at Aspen for her tooth pain & other dental concerns & had a great experience. Dr antonucci is such a kind and wonderful doctor. It'll be a shame to lose him as a dentist. Donna is also incredibly kind. I needed implants but didn't have the necessary bone structure in my jaws. I required bone grafts and he told be he used "every trick in the book" to create what was needed to enable my jaws to successfully accept three implants. He's so highly skilled, explained everything he was going to do and did. I trust him implicitly. I now have another tooth that was more filling than tooth, and the filling fell out. My dentist recommended a consult for another implant. Dr. Sachs was my only call. Appointment Feb. 5th, 2025. This is THE PLACE to go if you need oral surgery. Dr. Sachs is the surgeon.
