Ok things happen so I had them fill it. Then my next visit they said I have another. Before 365, my last cavity was over 20 hrs ago so I wised up and went back to my original dentist and guess what, no cavity to be filled. My wife still went to 365 even though I told her my story. She was told she needed a crown recently because of line fractures and this was determined without X-Rays. She wised up and went to my dentist and guess what, her teeth was "fantastic." I felt the need to warn people of this practice. They diagnose procedures that aren't even needed and put their patients pain and anxiety aside to line their pockets. It's borderline fraud or ineptitude, and either option doesn't look good.

They have three clinics and only three dentists servicing patients only once a week! Shockingly! They referred my son to another clinic to have 10 teeth pulled all at the same time in preparation for dentures. He was hemorraging seriously. I couldn't get a hold of anyone at both sites. Left messages and no one ever called me back. Mt Sinai lacks ethics and moral responsibility, especially for their patients with mental disabilities. I am totally disgusted. I would never recommend or refer anyone to their dental clinic. I will be filing a complaint with their administration and NYS about their mistreatment of patients.

I had to reschedule twice once for a normal conflict, and once because my husband had a serious accident. Instead of showing any understanding, the office insisted that I pre-pay the entire visit before being seen and made it clear they would not budge. When my husband called to clarify whether this was a one-time requirement or standard policy, the staff member said, "The doctor will decide that," which suggested they had already labeled me as unreliable. The tone was rigid and dismissive from start to finish. What makes this even more disappointing is that we were planning to pursue additional cosmetic dentistry with this office clearly not a small investment but even that didn't shift their attitude. It felt like the front desk was more interested in enforcing punishment than providing patient-centered care. We ultimately chose to take our business elsewhere. I hope the practice becomes aware of how their staff's approach impacts both patient trust and long-term business.
