Great little (tiny) Mexican restaurant! Great selection of tortas, tacos, quesadillas and caldos. Indoor and outdoor patio (when the weather is not scorching). Plus there's an ice cream shop next door! The prices are ok, and it should be noted they only do cash. Service is good/friendly. This place is about 2 miles off of the beaten path of interstate 10. Food was pretty good. Homemade. Before you stop here, make you have cash because it's a cash only business. This restaurant isn't all that, they don't specify what comes with the meal and what's in it. I ordered 30$ worth of food that we hardly ate. The horchata isn't real horchata, it's obviously powered and ruined the meal. I say skip this place and go somewhere else. FANTASTIC Mexican fare. This Nico's is a couple minutes away from the I-10 but its not too far and most definitely worth it. We webt around 8pm so it was very dark and very quiet. There were a couple cars in line at the drive-thru but no one dining inside. For less than $20 my husband and I had a delicious feast; 3 rolled shredded beef tacos topped with guacamole and melted shredded cheese 3 ground beef folded tacos 2 sides of beans with cheese 1 large (aka humungous diet Coke) And 1 large Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus sweet tea) The man behind the counter was super cool and very nice. We chatted a bit about our journey to Arizona and he was kind enough to offer us some free pickled veggies....which were delicious! The crispy tacos were insanely good as was the Agua Fresca de Jamaica. The beans and cheese had perfect texture. If we are ever in Eloy, Arizona again (which we sure hope to be!) we will, without a doubt, come to eat at this Nico's. Heading Westbound on the I-10, get off at exit 208. Safe journey to everyone. The food is great, like the cheese fries are the best, my wife love almost everything on the menu. The only thing wrong with the restaurant was the employee that took our order was rude did like that, but maybe they were having a bad day. I was driving through on a road trip and decided to pull of in this town (can't remember the name) to see if there was anything worth eating. Most of the businesses were shuttered, but not Nico's. I now know why. This place was the last thing I expected to find way out here in the middle of nowhere. I got the lunch plate of carne asada. The first bite was like a dance party in my mouth. Minus all the sweaty, nasty people that get to close and spill drinks on your shoes. Which is a good thing. My girlfriend had a sea food burrito. I tried it. Even better than my food. If it wasn't for the fact that I'll probably never be back this way ever again in my whole life, I'd be a regular here. When I am Eloy, Nico's is my place to go. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their food and their prices are fair. Highly recommend anytime you are in the Eloy area. I will not go anywhere else for quality food. I did go to another restaurant one time and that experience convinced me to remain a loyal Nico's customer. read more

This is exactly what we need. There was something for everyone from my mother-in-law to our picky teens. We really lucked out finding this place. Chips made to order hot and fresh, horchata was decent, chile relleno was good and tortas were on point. Oh! Not sure if this is the same as the Nico's in Tucson, but this spot in Eloy is super! Friendly guy at the desk, food prepped and ready fast, and super delicious. I ordered the green chili with rice and beans and 4, count 'em 4, corn tortillas. With red and green sauce mixed in, this made for a tasty, filling and spicy meal. I also added a couple of hot peppers for .95 and really burned my mouth on them- I mean, I was sweating after those. I think I had a shamanistic vision. Great food, great rice and beans too! I would have to say pleasantly surprise that the breakfast burrito was very good. The tortilla was the best thing about it and that says a lot. The red salsa wasn't very good, but the green salsa made up for it. The price was 5.20 for the burrito. A bit sketchy neighborhood you have to drive through but worth it. read more
