If you are an international student and plan to leave the country after the current year's tax ends, I suggest you find another tax consultant that is willing to help when there are mistakes notified from the IRS months after filing. My case was that there was a tax adjustment letter sent from the IRS and I wasn't sure why I had to pay more than a thousand dollars more. I requested advice from Nidhi because she filed my tax that year. There was a 1-week due-date before the payment is due so I emailed her and she responded once to my email requesting the letter sent from the IRS, which I sent to her.. but then after that, she stopped responding to the emails & did not provide the advice I needed. I had to call the IRS and waited for 2 hrs on the phone to get through to someone from the other side of the world... and was only told that my employer added in some numbers so I'm missing some payment.... I think this could've been such simple advice and won't require much time to let me know.. Don't get me wrong.. the initial conversation was professional and prompt.. but the after service..
