While there are some positive reviews now but don't get surprised by IRS letters a few years later (see the photo), I had a very different and costly experience. Despite being told my 2019 tax returns were handled and filed by Jonathan (See photo), I discovered in 2024 via an IRS letter that they were never actually filed. After confirming this with the IRS, I had to hire a CPA to resolve the issue, resulting in significant penalties and interest. Also spending time and effort for this mess. I spent a lot of time speaking with the IRS many times. Avoid this company at all costs. I dealt with Jonathan, Samantha, Silvia, and Mason, all of whom were unresponsive and unprofessional. After dozens of calls and emails, they finally refunded my filing fee ($1500) but refused to cover the heavy penalties and interest their negligence and obvious fault caused me. I hired the lawyer to file lawsuit and will also report them to the IRS. I am also in contact with other victims of not filing (listed below) to join my lawsuit. My lawyer told me that they had multiple businesses with bad reviews and reputations in LA before they started business in Norand California. Don't let them scam you too. AVOID HERE. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two consecutive tax seasons of issues with this office, I feel it is important to share my experience. Last year, I experienced poor customer service from one employee but chose to overlook it because I understand tax season can be stressful. Unfortunately, this year I encountered similar issues again. Although the employee I initially worked with was much kinder and more responsive at first, I later received dismissive comments regarding my refund amount that I found unprofessional and inappropriate. What has been most concerning, however, is the complete lack of communication afterward. I have now sent multiple emails requesting copies of my filed federal and California tax returns, confirmation of filing dates, and verification of the banking information entered on my filings because I still have not received either refund. Despite several days passing, I have received absolutely no response from the office, and the phone numbers provided are not accepting calls. When someone is handling your personal financial information and tax filings, communication and transparency are extremely important. Being ignored while trying to verify documents filed under my name is unacceptable and has caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. I gave this office more than one chance, but after repeated issues and the ongoing lack of response, I will not be returning and cannot recommend their services. read more

Lady answering the phone and setting appointments is rude and impatient. I started a business at the end of 2024(Using ChatGPT as guidance), worked a regular job, and drove Uber/Lyft. I wasn't sure what documents I needed to gather prior to our appointment. Days before our appt., I called her to check what exactly would I need besides a W-2 and 1099. Jonathan provided me with unsubstantiated statements associated with large tax payments over multiple years, then furnished no proof. When pressed, he ultimately suggested we call IRS together for clarity. On date of arranged call, John Greff could not be reached and remained unavailable throughout the week. He later offered a perfunctory apology due to busyness and proceeded to personally insult me with name calling when I sought to hold him accountable for his commitments to call IRS together (a job that felt like his in the first place). I had been referred to this firm by my former financial advisor who warned it was far better in the past under his previous tax preparer. I now understand vividly why he offered this caution. When it comes to taxes and large portions of your income, I would not defer to Jonathan Greff or his group on account of their hasty dealings, unfaithfulness to commitments and unprofessional communication practices. read more

Due to moving around several times in one year, I lost important documents needed to file taxes on my own. I let John know this prior to meeting up for him to file my taxes. He said that he got all of the information he needed from the IRS and that I didn't need to come back in. After several ignored calls for months on end asking about the status of my return, I finally figured out how to log into the IRS website myself to check. And it turns out he did nothing. Communicating that he did not want to file my taxes back in March when I started this whole process would have been nice.. Now I am overdue on filing this year, despite trusting that he would file them as he said. So many times I have called and they said they will call me back on Monday, only to never hear from them again.
