From the initial phone call to schedule, walking into the office to a welcoming and friendly staff and being served by various practitioners, I always feel as if they're very personally engaged. Every staff member expresses genuine concern for my issues and relates to their clients with respect and care for their issues. Dr. Kirkland is a pleasant, kind man who always reveals his findings and suggestions with professionalism, encourages questions and it is very reassuring to be under his care.

Im someone who does not have dental insurance and as such i choose this dentist bc it was suppose…read moreto be affordable when I first started visiting this dentist in 2023 my cleanings have always been 110 with a cash discount over the past 2 cleaning they have charged me double wht a normal cleaning should cost of course I review my receipt and I am being charged 70$ for the dentist , not the hygienist to come in for only a simply 15 seconds they also tried to get x rays in which I told them no I only have money for a cleaning (I also declined bc my orthodontist won't charge me for those it's included in my braces ) and they still send tht dentist in and charge me for such little of his time . I currently have braces on which mean I see and an orthodontist every 8 weeks he spends more time making sure I feel heard and taken care of which is more than can be said for this smith guy. I tried to tell smith tht I was having pain in my tooth I made a whole separate visit for this pain and once again was charged such an outrages price it made my head spin and in the end he said there is nothing wrong and when I had my orthodontist appointment I made sure to tell him about my problem and he immediately found what the issue was so clearly smith needs to do more to make sure his patients are getting actual dental care. They ladies at the front desk are so pretty but those attitudes are just as bad as smiths dental work/ bed side manner. PLEASE PLEASE don't give these people you money or time worst dentist ever!!!!!!!!!

Dental Partners of SW GA Americus Office…read more I went to this office because I was told they were very good and the staff was amazing. The dentist I had was Dr, Evans. He is a wonderful dentist and has great bedside manners. He did an amazing job on the teeth he worked on for me. Tiffany is an amazing hygienist and made you feel welcome and works wonderfully with you. I went and had my first appointment, and they went over a dental plan for my needs. I was given the price and was told I could take out a loan. I used Lending point which they did all of this in the office. I thought I was all set. After some of the work was done, I was told that the rest would have to come out of my pocket. The price they gave me did not cover all the work that needed to be done. I was not told this until after the loan was set in stone. Now the payment is pricey, and I agreed to it because I was under the impression it would take care of everything. They did not include everything, why is beyond me. In January of this year (2023) I went for my cleaning. When I was done the ladies at the front office told me I had to pay 70$. I asked why? My insurance covered 100% cleanings. I was told they don't know and they would get back with me. I sent them a break down of my insurance showing that the cleaning was covered. I heard nothing back. I called several times and was always told someone would call me, never happened. I was contacted on May 1, 2023 via text message saying I had an appointment. I called them and told them I do not have an appointment and that you could cancel it and again asked about the 70$ I was made to pay. The lady advised she would call back. The call back informed me that the money was returned and credited to my account with them. I asked why? That money should have been returned to me not placed on my account for yall. She said she would have someone else call me. I got another call from a different lady, this lady said that money was used for something else on my account. I said for what?? I have a loan that I paid for my stuff. She then said well if that 70$ came from lending point it has to be returned to them. I again for numerous times now said the money came from my pocket, not lending. She then told me lending over paid and was sending that money back to them in the amount of 600$. I was told once again someone would contact me. SO at the end of the day, I have unfinished work in my mouth because of their inability to price out the total for the work that needed to be done. I was made to pay something that was not on me to pay and I have gotten nothing but a run around ever since. January until May 3, 2023 I have been trying to get them to make this right. Very disappointed, dissatisfied with the office staff of the Americus Office. Half completed work due to them not adding everything in, taken for 70$ for a free cleaning
