This place does exactly what it is meant to do. It is a traditional Glasgow chippy. No frills and nothing fancy.
If an old style fish supper is your scene then you will get one here. Thick chips and a large pickle on the side are a must. If your partial to battered sausage or like some deep fried black pudding then your in luck.
All in a decent chippy serving nothing that I can imagine would ever be considered healthy. But that's the point. You don't come here for healthy food. You come here for stodgy food that soaks up all the beer that you have just drunk!
