However, the charges were inflated and I went elsewhere and avoided paying the extravagant add on charges, avoided playing "let's make a deal," and avoided high pressure tactics. I acknowledged they have a nice showroom and good selection but shop around before you buy and recommend you call in to get all the fees and charges they don't mention in their ads as transparency is a concern.

My first interaction was with Salesman Mark Moore. Mark let me test drive a new RT Limited just to see if that was the type of bike I was interested in and it was, but even though there were no Sea to Sky's available Mark said he would be on the hunt and keep in touch with his search and new inventory coming in. Mark called one day to let me know they had just gotten in a 2025 Sea to Sky in the color I was looking for, it had only 67 miles on it with a good story behind why they had got it in. The short story is, I bought it. Mark did a great job of taking care of the buying process. Chad is one of the Managers that took control after the sale a very quite but intimidating looking gentleman but he is just the opposite of his persona. I found Chad to be very helpful and knowledgeable about his products and more than willing to answer all of my many questions with what I felt like was a very honest answer and opinion. The guys and gal over at Augusta Kawasaki/Suzuki/Sea Doo will not bust out in hysteria at your story of how your machine got broken. They will ask you in detail what happened to ensure they are correcting any mistakes you might have made. Time (labor) is money even though you think it might be a simple fix that is why they are Certified Motorcycle Mechanics. Now, even though they are good at their job and will work on your bike as soon as possible the downside is, they are good at their job and love what they do so you might have a bit of a wait especially during dirtbike competition and qualifying season. Everybody is willing to help you when needed especially downloading your bike, talking about dirtbike riding theory, best parts for YOUR bike and just general conversation. I find the interaction with the team satisfying and always leave happy.
