Not only did Art agree to work on his bike when he had the time to, despite us not having an appointment, we got a call the only a few hours later that his bike was ready to be picked up. Elizabeth was the kindest, most engaging person to talk to. My husband and I both found so many similarities and mutual interests that we stood talking with her for at least 30 minutes. Her energy and stories were captivating and so warm that it felt like we had known her for years. I cannot rave enough about the beautiful people that we were so fortunate to find and the incredible work they have done. We have been so blessed by this shop and its owners after just one visit. If Ben and his sister will decide to take any legal actions against me, I have witnesses, my telephone call to sheriffs department Columbia County GA was recorded and I gave name of this shop to sheriffs as well. Yesterday I had unpleasant conversation with owner's sister regarding process of picking or delivering bike, But it is ok. I was unsatisfied customer and I had reasons for it. Today on Apr 11 I came with my helper to pick up bike. My helper had his wife in his truck as well and he had nothing to do with whole situation. When I came, battery was dead, there was no gas in tank and I said I am not picking up bike this way. I want to see it is running.So after they told me they do not have gas in their shop and gave me canister. I went to the gas station across street to get gas. I requested them to put battery on charger. I told I will post it on facebook ( it is my right as customer after such treatment) . I requested to give me copies of receipts of payments for my records. Then Ben owner came to the shop and started cursing me out just using fuck off fuck out etc etc.. My helper at this time was moving bike to his trailer. Then Ben started walking towards my helper saying "He has something to tell me?" I told Ben not to touch my helper , he has nothing to do with it or I will call police. Ben said he will call police himself. I said ok , call and we will talk to sheriffs here now. So then he stopped but told me again to get fuck out off his property. And if I post something , he will delete it and one bike "big dog " will not hurt his business. May be Ben right, may be it will not hurt his business a lot. but the way he cursed me out several times in front of people.. after treating customer /a woman a terrible way... May be this will hurt his business in the long run and their reputation as business owners.. and it shows who he and his sister are as people and business owners. I am informing people about my experience with this shop and how they they run business. And it is people's decision to bring bikes to that shop or not. The reason I returned is I wanted a refund on a repair that I was having done again at another shop. The rude guy had been fired and the owners were now there full time. They researched all my (and all their customer's) past invoices to see if they needed to refund any overcharges. Driving as a One Eyed Bandit is not safe nor legal. Manny explained that it could be the HID bulb, or some other problem, further explaining that parts may not be available as the vehicle is now 25 years old. ( Side note-but still good looking and still a great performance car!) Manny told me if not fixable, after market light kits may be the solution. I told Manny, do what you can. Two hours later I get a call from Manny- the lights are working! I asked what was the problem? He said "well we started the vehicle, turned on the headlights and they are on, both sides." "What" I said. "Ok, i'll be there in an hour to pick up the car." Drive down to Manny's, go in office. Manny is in there, eating lunch. But he took the time out to explain what was done. It took all of ten seconds as he said, "we didn't do anything." I asked Manny how much did I owe him for his time and efforts. He said "Nothing, we didn't do anything!" Now- this is why I am taking the time to write this review- How many times have we ever went to an auto repair shop and paid Nothing! Go anywhere else and it's a fee that is the Arm and Leg! And those shops will give you the bill with a big smile! Well-Manny's Service Center deserves Ten stars for his honesty and integrity! Have a Honda- bring it to Manny's Service Center. Have a Acura- Bring it to Manny's Service Center. Honest people in the auto repair industry is a rare find. When you find one, you want to spread the word, I am spreading the word! Highly Recommend Manny's Service Center for your vehicle's regular maintenance and for those repairs that are needed. It should be noted that this is the fourth time using Manny's Service Center, regular oil change, new alternator and for a new radiator. Each and every time, work done expertly and timely. And what's more important, the costs were reasonable. What more can I say- go to Manny's Service Center. It's a no frills place. So I brought it to Aiken's Finest and they said the A/C seemed to be blowing cold and so they didn't touch it, didn't charge me, and remarkably, it has been working fine ever since. I brought the Silverado in for an oil change last week. Left it the night before my appointment and dropped the keys in the night lock box. My truck was ready promptly the next morning. No big deal. BUT, here's the thing. The plastic bumper on the front driver's side had been hanging loose from hitting a curb for like two years. THEY FIXED IT! Didn't charge me, and didn't even mention it. My wife noticed it the day after the appointment. In a world where trust is tough to come by, especially in the world of auto repair, these guys are trustworthy. I'm a customer for life.
