They still sent the medical records request which I completed. AGAIN... I stated that my primary doctor is no longer practicing. I was asked several in depth questions about my health which I answered all. Come to find out that unless a doctor has already diagnosed me and I can provide them with the medical records they cannot help me? I thought I was working with certified doctors with the company but I was WRONG. All they do is rubber stamp your medical records. There are plenty other medical marijuana services that HAVE DOCTORS on staff and can certify you with a video / telemedicine appointment. Save your money and don't use this company!

Told us to look at iPad and decide. Felt very forced and uncomfortable. We are from a place that doesn't have recreational use, and were looking to spend a lot of money. I understand that it was close to closing time, but we felt judged and unwelcome. I noticed that everyone around us was treated much differently, and that was a huge factor as well.

My expectation is not that the salt cave experience replaces my medical advice from my doctors or care team. I have been to the salt cave 4-5 times and then chose to host a birthday party in the cave with sound medication. I had the place with just my 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. Just FYI, I love the sound medication but if you have sound sensitivity know going in it's a lot of different types of sounds and can get loud or high pitched. I will absolutely go back and book a private party for the salt cave. It's an amazing atmosphere with a sauna and Nicky runs groups and has an e-mail blast with all the upcoming events. Their marketing director, Brianna she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with, gaslighting me the entire time and being over bearing, PETTY AND narcissistic on everything their retail manger Chris tried to do to support the sale and product placement. Hands down one of the worst marketing departments I've ever dealt with in 25 years that I've been in business in marketing. Her personal ego is more important than servicing the vendors and actually marketing the products they sell. I should have known something was up by the high turnover rate of employees because that is a big sign that a company does not have high morale. As a small business, they did not pay for the product after three weeks of waiting for the invoice to be paid and I think that's probably the most discouraging part of the process. I don't feel like they respected my business enough to pay for the product in a timely manner, and I also believe that this was partly due to Brianna's treatment of my brand in particular. Ultimately, they went in my mind on the surface from being one of the best to one of the worst dispensaries I've ever had to encounter in the time I've been in business with them. She (Brianna) even went so far today to write me an email telling me she took my product off the shelf. That's she will be holding onto it until they decide to pay for it and place it and in that moment I knew I needed to go get it and there was no way in hell I would ever allow my brand to be associated with that type of behavior.
