I wasn't sure how effective a long-distance Reiki session would be. Although I'd had a good experience once before with another Reiki healer (in-person, pre-Covid) I wondered if I would receive the same experience from someone working through a screen. Much to my pleasant surprise, because of the nature of how Reiki works, this didn't much matter. Steven's work with Reiki can still be felt very directly, despite not being in the same room. His process in each session involves an initial check-in to discuss anything going on, and from that initial chat, he can hone in with informed intention to rebalance, realign, recalibrate, basically whatever is needed for the client at that time. If you've never had a Reiki session, Steven makes sure all your questions are answered, and explains what you may expect to come up. At a basic level, its always a pleasant, relaxing, and beneficial experience. Anything beyond that depends on the day and what is happening with the client energetically, but its always positive and helpful. The actual applying of Reiki just involves you laying back, closing your eyes and relaxing. Steven expertly guides you through the process. Once he is finished, the session concludes with a short conversation to discuss what came up during Reiki, both in his experience, and in yours. That is always super helpful in gaining deeper insights and metabolizing whatever was discussed and worked with in that session. Steven is always very insightful, authentic, articulate, compassionate, always fully present, and has great refreshing energy. He makes it a priority to ensure you feel comfortable to explore literally anything that might be going on physically, emotionally, mentally, you name it. I always look forward to our sessions as regular energetic maintenance, and that has benefitted me in literally every aspect of my life. If you are looking for more clarity, self-empowerment, a better creative flow, relaxation, or anything else that feels 'off' and needs some adjustments, I cannot recommend Steven enough to help!

My boyfriend was paired with Tav. Both providers were friendly and accomodating. My boyfriend LOVED his massage with Tav. He said he dozed off a few times and could see himself coming back every month - such a great sign for someone new to massage. I enjoyed my session with Forest as well and left feeling relaxed. A few things to note: they don't provide couples massages but instead do tandem massages. Meaning, you're in different rooms. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us but could be for others depending on your preference. They also still require masks here. We brought our own surgical masks but were asked to use their K95 masks they provided. This was a little uncomfortable during the service, especially while facing down, but I can understand the need if they have a lot of immunocompromised clients or staff members.

After visiting her website, I found it to be well-organized and easy to navigate. I chose the 30-minute spiritual guidance session ($130), and I appreciated that I was able to book a same-day appointment--it was exactly what I needed during such an anxious time. Within a few hours of booking, I received confirmation emails along with the Zoom link, which made the process smooth and reassuring. According to her website, the 30-minute session allows for 5-8 questions, so I took advantage of that by preparing my questions ahead of time since this was my very first spiritual reading. During the session, I asked about my love life as well as some questions regarding relatives who have passed. At times, I provided some clarification to help guide the reading. Later that night, after the session, I received a phone call from my stepdad that ended up reassuring me about my love life in a way that felt very similar to what Angela had shared during the reading, which I found interesting. Angela herself was beautiful, kind, and had a very calming and joyful presence throughout the session.
