This place is a zoo on the weekends so I went during the week and had a much more pleasant shopping experience. It is a discount store but they still have some high prices but they also have good deals as well. I always love checking out the shoe section. Every time I've been here I've seen different shoes/clothes, overall well stocked. The store is well spaced out, clean, and organized. The Nike staff is super friendly. It is tough because all sales are final so you have to be confident in what you are buying. I enjoy coming here and usually walk away with a deal. read more

As a die hard Nike fan and supporter, I've visited many Nike stores within the U.S. This Nike clearance store is by far the best one that I've been to. The store has a huge selection of shoes and apparel. It's a perfect size for a clearance store. Not only but the staff is awesome! They are attentive, friendly, and help. They will go out of their way to find something for you. A huge shout out to the Nike team at this particular store! On a Saturday afternoon, I looked up the closing time of the Johnson Creek Nike store on Google, Apple maps, and Nike.com which all said the earliest closing time was 7pm. I looked at my ETA. My ETA said 6:40pm. I jumped in my car and drove 45 minutes to Nike Store. My car clock said 6:42pm as I shut off my engine. I walked up to the door of the Nike store and was met by Rachel, the assistant manager, as well as a security guard who told me that customers were not allowed to enter the store even though it was still just 6:45pm. I told them that I had driven 45 minutes and looked up the closing time before I left to make sure that I made it with enough time. Rachel told me that my travel distance didn't matter and that they were not letting any customers enter. I asked if I could talk with the head manager. I was told Tod, the head manager, would not be back until Monday. I told Rachel that I had wasted time, energy, gas, money, etc driving out to Johnson Creek. She told me I could have called. She also told me that the reason that the store was closing 20 minutes before posted closing time was so the store could be cleaned for 2 hours until 9pm. I asked her to honor the 7pm closing time, and she said "no" and that if she was to honor the 7pm closing time, then she would have to stay later than 9pm. I asked if she could stay later than 9pm so I could buy a pair of shoes. She said she wasn't going to do this. I asked her if there was anyway that Nike could compensate me for this inconvenience (for example maybe a discount next time I decided to drive to the store). She said "no." She told me to have a "great weekend" in spite of the 2 hours of time and 1.5 hours of gas that I had just wasted. This is an example of disappointing customer service. I will be posting this review on google reviews as well. I will update to this review, if and when Nike takes the time to make things right. I have attached the screen shot Nike.com hours listing 9pm as the closing time on July 11 and also saying nothing about a 6:40pm closing time. Also if Nike or anyone reading this needs evidence that I'm a legitimate Nike customer and not just an angry internet troll, I have attached my collection of Nike soccer shoes (several thousand dollars). Nike if you are reading this, Rachel provided horrible customer service today. I am an avid Nike customer who was treated terribly today. One star because this store is quite large. One star because it's very organized - much more so than the jumbly shitshow that is the Kenosha version. Zero stars for the merchandise. Yikes! I don't think there was a thing in here that anyone would actually BUY. We're talking men's hot pink "Just Do It" tees in size XXXL by the rack, or multiple racks of women's super shorty-shorts in size 0. Even if one were so moved to buy the shockingly unattractive merchandise that's for sale, it won't be at much of a discount. I'm never terribly impressed with the Nike outlets and this one still managed to disappoint. JC Outlets has an Adidas store that does offer better stock and better prices. It looks like a Nike outlet, but it's not your usual factory outlet. It's a Nike closeout. It's particularly great for clothing. Prices are SUPER low. Most of the prices are marked down twice from the original, and then they ring up at less than the tag at the register, and then the attendant applies another discount. This translates to 60%-80% less than retail. Crazy! The colors and styles and sizes varieties are vast for men. It seems less conservative than the outlets in Gurnee and Pleasant Prairie. Since I like wild, interesting clothes, I found a great place for workout clothes. When it comes to shoes, the selection is more limited. However, the styles are also unusual here too. This place is just short of five stars because of the mediocre shoe array. Otherwise, highly recommended. read more

I have been a fan of Nike since my young days when Michael Jordan dominated the NBA and Nike was the elite shoe company. Since that time I have to say that I have not stopped being a fan but my devotion to Nike has not been near as strong (mainly for monetary reasons). Usually when at Johnson Creek I don't even go into the store because I know I will just walk out without buying anything because I usually don't need anything that is in the store and I can find Nike items elsewhere for the same price or cheaper. However, this time I went in with the purpose of looking at running shoes. The shoes I had for running were not doing the job and I wanted to get a quality pair. After finding a shoe I wanted, I asked if they had it in my size. The staff went to work and within a few minutes I had a pair of shoes in my size. The Pros of this store are that there was a speedy checkout (I believe every register was open), plenty of floor sales staff waiting and eager to help you and for how busy the store was, it didn't look like a disaster. Staff were continually straightening up. The Cons of this store are that there are not enough benches to try on shoes. It took me awhile to find a place to sit and most of the seats had people sitting on them who were not trying on shoes. The other con for me is that the shoes aisles are narrow. Overall, this is a store I will keep going back into to see if there are other items I might want to buy. read more

I really like this Nike Clearance Center. That is what it is-a Nike Clearance Center. So for all of those people whining that they do not have the most current styles or colors, then go to the regular Nike Store. This store is NOT the same one as Rosemont, IL. Rosemont is an outlet store. Johnson Creek is the clearance center where clothes that do not sell at Rosemont are sent. (this is what associates there told me) They will not have everybody's size. The shoes are disorganized but frankly, I do not care, as I do not wear Nike Shoes. My teenage son always manages to find at least 2 pairs of Air Jordans to buy in his size and he is always happy. I have found Packers t-shirts for $10.00. Sweats for $14.00. That is a great deal for their quality. Yes, they have a lot of items in small and size jumbo, but just pick through the goods. Maybe an ultra skinny or extremely obese person needs Nike also? Staff could be a little bit more friendlier but I feel that their main job is to prevent theft. If you don't feel that that is what they are up to, then you are delusional. If you want cozy, cutesy customer service, look elsewhere. Furthermore, after you try on your shoes, replace them for God's sake. I do not want to trip over your size 14 Air Jordan skis. Come with an open mind and you won't be disappointed. read more

We almost didnt make this store before closing. The staff overall was polite and helpful except for one kid. They had some nice selection and found some great shoes for the nephew and other family members. Store was clean and organized for the most part. Hopefully make it back out here in the near future. Abby at the register was very patient and helpful. Alaina was also polite and helpful. Army was also helpful and found some shoes that I was looking for. There hasn't been a time that I didn't leave with something. There has only been 1 mishap from this store where I got 2 different shoes in one box. The clerk did check it's just the shoes were so close to being the same. So I went back and let me tell ya what. STEVE is the best at his customer service skill. I'm a retail manager myself so I know how important it is, some customers can be a real pain. Steve the manager was super nice and understanding on getting me shoes I wanted. They didn't have my original I bought in my size. So he let us pick out a different pair and price matched. If Steve ever needs a job I'd hire him in heart beat. Have stopped at this store a few times. Staff is not very helpful. I was trying to make a large purchase since I live far away. I asked the people at the front if they could hold my pile of items behind the counter, and they would not. The store does not supply shopping carts, they supply these crappy bags that can fit about 2 hoodies and 1 pair of shoes in. Not very accommodating to customers who wish to spend a lot of money there. This store needs to get a clue and get carts. Not just this store, but all Nike Stores are like this. The prices were great there, until the recent 30% price hike on everything in the store. Especially clothing: all shirts, shorts, and hoodies, and most shoes got a price increase. Located in Johnson Creek Outlet stores, this Nike Factory store offers the same discounted prices as other factory stores. You can find some very good buys if you look hard and you can also get the most current "hip" brands if you want to shell out the dough. In comparison to the one in Pleasant Prairie, I feel this location lacks the customer service that I would expect from a store with 20+ employees standing around. We approached a gal, literally just standing around to ask for help on a size. She radioed in to someone on her headset and said "They will let me know, here you can put these back" and walked away. Uh....ok? was what my response was. After I returned the box for her, I found her standing in a different spot - further away from us so we walked over to her again. "they will let me know what they find" and walk away again to stand somewhere else (not by us) So I followed her again. I'm waiting for an answer so I'm not sure why she wanted to stand somewhere other than by me except for the fact she didn't want to be bothered. Another guy came from the back, looking for her but she was no where to be found now so I stopped him. Apparently he didn't know what a cleat was because he brought indoor rubber soled shoes out. Then apologized because he said he wasn't aware. Ugh! Thanks for the huge waste of time. In all, I have nothing against the store itself. It was fairly clean but packed with people and I know they have some really good deals, just gotta hit it at the right time. I will go back to Pleasant Prairie or another location though since the service at this one was just awful. read more

I was a former employee here 8 years paying my way through college and was accused of stealing/discounting merchandise. 2 big guys came in from Chicago and questioned and harassed me in a back room for a good hour. I apparently had discounted some $90 worth of merchandise - discounting is quite common since customers ask for discounts and the manager approves it - I.E this shoe is scuffed. Yes, you got that right only $90! Scared and half in tears I agreed to pay back that money and got out as soon as I could. To this day I still have never stolen anything and have hardly done anything wrong. I was just laying awake and night and remembering this experience and wanted to share it since it was pretty traumatizing. Obviously nowadays I'd stand up for myself better and would love to have these goons over to my Chicago home to tell them what I really think of them. If the same store manager is there that was there 8 years ago he is a big time coward not defending his employee / or accusing him of stealing altogether.
